Nothing Bundt Cakes

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I have a ton of kids, because I’ve fostered and adopted many children through the years, and they all love receiving their birthday cakes from here. Today was one of my many kids birthdays . So I excitedly made a pitstop to grab a lemon or lemon raspberry cake for my daughter‘s birthday today . The same store I’ve been going to for years . They know me well here. I enter the store and though there were two workers no one acknowledged me. These two workers were young, and obviously must be somewhat new as I had never seen them before . At first, I thought nothing of it and figured someone would soon address me so I waited around a while but still no acknowledgment. ** Here’s the worst part , During my wait time, I could hear a man in the back of the store very loudly either vomiting or making dry heaving sounds. I could hear other female voices too laughing. This continued on for sometime while I still stood waiting to be addressed . I mean , if even to be told, “we’ll be with you in a minute.” That would have been nice. However, that never happened and I got to continue listening to the vomiting sounds that kept rolling out of the back where they’re baking people‘s cakes‼️‼️ 🤮Finally, it was so loud and gross it honestly got to me. I gave up on being acknowledged and decided to just leave and go get my daughter a cake elsewhere. Looking back , I’m glad I wasn’t acknowledge because then I would’ve felt obligated to commit to buying a cake despite the disgusting sounds that I was hearing in the back. I’m not sure if a flavor of a cake was causing somebody to vomit or dry heave but I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back . It truly turned my stomach . I have no clue what they were doing to Customer’s cakes back there. Maybe that’s why there is a wall up where people can’t see the baking area? My time was seriously wasted and the experience definitely ruined me as a customer. And as far as an additional side note goes , please train your workers, despite whatever age you choose to hire at, to at least acknowledge customers when they walk in the door . In doing so it will make them feel like they are somewhat important or at least their money is. For the record , this just happened 30 minutes ago at the Waco TX location.

My girlfriend was in the Albany area for business travel and stopped by to try a few flavors, these were some of the best cakes I have ever had. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful and delicious 8” gluten free vanilla chocolate chip cake from your Covington, WA location. The employees there were so kind. We look forward to going back. My only recommendation for Nothing Bundt Cakes is that customers should be able to use their gift cards on their website for preorder.

I just received my cake and cupcakes and they are wonderful. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

Nothingbundtcakes dropped off the red velvet cake to our office today Tampa bay Maxillofacial Surgery. It looked gorgeous and tasted so good. Everyone should try them out.

On 11/26, I placed an order for pickup at the Crystal Lake NothingBundtCake, as it stated was open on 11/28 for 9am. Go to the store and it’s closed. Considering i placed the order 2 days prior, a little phone call would have been nice when the order was received to say they wouldn’t be open and to reschedule, even though their system let you pick the day. So now I am out the $43.83 that it cost me and quite irritated by the whole situation. I would like to be contacted this and what will be done to rectify.

Staff was extremely rude, ask that they add I piece of clear plastic to the cake to cover the openings on each side, so it would stay fresh since we weren’t doing Thanksgiving until Friday. Was told no, thought maybe they didn’t understand what I was asking , so tried to clarify several times. Told each time “they were a franchise and didn’t feel comfortable adding a piece of plastic to cover it” So almost $60 dollars and had to take it home and wrap with clear plastic to keep it fresh. Never again…..

I usually get mine from down below(LA or Glendale)on my way back from work, or my kids bring it. Though I did have one delivered from this location this past June...yes it was devine!
I won't personally shop(walk-in) at this location due to the heavily negative reviews about customer service.
After one or two negative reviews, most managers will get the hint to either re-train or replace the staff, so this makes the management suspect of being the root cause of the ongoing complaints.
So, is the management somehow related to the ownership, hence won't correct the service deficiencies? Just asking.
BTW, how much do you charge for a plastic fork?

In general my family loves NBC. I came to this location to do an order on Mother's Day. Even though they closed early, a sweet employee knocked for me even though she was off; All smiles. She kept knocking even though nobody came for some minutes.

Eventually someone did! She was off the clock to mind you, which was so kind of her. I was able to deliver someone's tasty cake thanks to her. I'll be back just to get some for home. God bless ??

*I GOT ONE LEMON CAKE* This was my first time visiting. Everything was nice the service the atmosphere and the food was all great. I give it 8/10 although the cake was good and moist and flavorful. I don’t think it was nothing over-the-top. I would visit again just to try other flavors and see how I like it.

The customer service was by far the worst and rudest I’ve ever encountered I stood in the lobby for 6 minutes before anyone came out the young lady came out on her phone preceded with her conversation for an additional 5 minutes never acknowledging me went back into 11 minutes into this another customer walks up a different lady comes outta the back she immediately ask the other customer how can I help you
