We had my friend’s birthday dinner at Outback Steakhouse, and it was such a great experience! We were a big group, which can sometimes be a lot to manage, but our waitress Rose was absolutely fantastic. She handled everything with so much patience and professionalism — making sure drink orders were correct, food came out hot, and everyone had what they needed throughout the night.

Even with a full table, she never missed a beat and made the whole evening...

Erin made this the most memorable night ever. We came out to celebrate and ended up arriving a little later than expected but Erin made sure that we didn’t feel at all like a burden or an inconvenience! She actually lit up the whole building with her smile and helped us find some new fun dipping sauces for the blooming onion. This night was made by her service and i would recommend anyone come here and request her by name. What an amazing night spent with an amazing human!
