Loved going for pan dulce and it was our preferred bakery until I saw a roach crawling over bread and down through 3 trays of bread. The lady in front of use pointed it out and we just left. That was it for me

We ordered a tres leches cake and the cake was spoiled!! It was sour and tasted old and refrigerated. I took a few bites and it gave me food poisoning. Do not buy cakes from this bakery. They need to keep track of their inventory

Bread too hard. Semita lard the ones with filling not much filling on them. Bought a small cake and it tasted old the whipping.

I called the first time and a lady picked up responded and after I said I wanted a quote she hung up.I called the second time and she did the same. Do not EVER go terrible service on the phone.Very disappointing especially because I love to support Latin owned businesses. I expect better...
