I would like to thank Jenny at the Panera Bread in Palmdale she is an outstanding manager. She creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and treats every customer with genuine kindness and respect. Even on the busiest days, she handles everything with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Her leadership shows through her team, and it’s clear she truly cares about the experience people have in the store.
What really makes Jenny special is how she treats people: like they matter. She listens, she helps, and she goes out of her way to make sure everyone leaves with a good experience. That’s rare. And it’s the reason I keep coming back.
Jenny, thank you for making this location feel special. Panera is incredibly lucky to have you.
And thank you for making my Special day unforgettable.

Has anyone noticed the size of their sandwiches have shrunk? My husband and I decided to go today for lunch. We noticed the sandwiches were smaller than usual. But of course the prices have not gone down.
Good bagel Sessame and cream cheese.

The worst, I sent my girlfriend to get food, they charge her 25.99 for a group size and I can eat the group size in one sitting, then ordering a sandwich and changing the bread without warning making it completely change the sandwich and make it not taste well. Will not be going back here ever. Panera bread you suck.

The food was tasty enough. The sandwiches and the soups were great. The desserts were yummy. However, what brought down the mood on all that was the service. Nobody, but nobody seemed to be happy at their job. The nice ladies taking our orders in the front were not rude or anything like that. Let me be clear. It just wasn't hoppin and poppin, if you get my drift. One of the young girls in back where you pick up your orders who works in the morning was kinda rude and made me feel like I should have known their whole set-up when that was the first time I went. You all work with the public, and to be patient and kind doesn't cost anything, and you might get a good review OR good tip if you have a good attitude, just sayin.

Service workers were working with a subpar attitude and chatting around. Food was good, atmosphere was tense for me and my mother due to the service workers otherwise okay.

Seems like a place for homeless people to hang out. Not interested in coming back (at least dining in). Crums everywhere, some ppl "crashing in", not a place to go in those conditions.

My friend and I came to study here since our local coffee shop was full. Apparently they allow homeless to sit inside with their pets in this Panera, bathroom was dirty, tables weren’t very clean, my coffee came out of the thermos cold…it was an awful experience. I used to love coming to this location. I will say however the cashier was very kind and helpful but everything else was a gross mess, I lost my appetite entirely.
