Pepper House Hot Chicken

10/13/24 - Revision. I brought my family into the mall and wanted them to enjoy the same service Mohammed offered me and with his absence, I was left disappointed. Food was still really good!

The noon shift, Sunday. I ordered food for my family and a drink. I was offered toys for my daughter, but I wasn't too happy waiting on a drink thirsty, during the wait preparing the meal. I also wasn't very happy being served a cup full of ice, by the employee. I can understand no refill, but if your going to max a cup out of ice and pour little drink and when asked if you offer refills, getting laughed at while shaking your head "no" to make my feelings feel at ease probably isn't something you should be doing to a customer who pays for a fountain drink that's costly. There is no need for profit gain on soft drinks, and cutting corners to the customer. It's not courtesy. I hope and wish it was a one time mistake bc I do like the service Mohammed offered. It's not fair for others to not offer the same. I walked off and bought a soda from the other vendors.

Bomb, we love sassy bird but this place is almost as good for a better price. The owner is talking about bringing mac and cheese and potato salad, YUMMY!!. So happy we stopped and tried it, sandwiches are by no means "sliders" definitely worth the price. Fries are crispy and well seasoned.

It took them over 20 minutes to prepare just a sandwich and fries. Was not even worth the wait. I regret tipping before seeing their service and food

Nice place to eat Halal chicken, you can choose your spicy level and food quality is very good, friendly service and reasonable price, I love their special sauce with my fries. A must try place if you are at Antelope valley area, this restaurant located inside the mall.

Best chicken spot in town! I’ve been a frequent customer of Pepper House ever since they first opened. I usually get either the two tenders hot or a smash burger xtra hot. And for a chicken restaraunt, they know how to make a fire smash burger too! The staff are super cool, especially Freddy and Mohammad. Every time I go here, the food and service is always knocked out of the park. The food is a biy pricy, but you get what you pay for. And the hot chicken here is the best Nashville hot chicken over ever had. Even compared to Dave’s Hot Chicken. Particularly because DHC can be very greasy sometimes. One more thing, if you do get the xtreme chicken, it is very very spicy. It’s almost hard for me to handle even though I love spicy food LOL.

I love raising canes but pepper house got chicken is WAY better!!! Love how crispy it is and it tastes like real unprocessed chicken!!! Love this place. Also, the owner is super friendly. Love that guy. Oh and also the sauce is just wow. Best chicken place in the AV and maybe in socal??

Great chicken in the mall! Best spot to eat in the food court! Had the chicken sandwich and I just tried the beef smash. It was awesome!!! I got the hot! It’s like in n out with spice!

I’m so excited ? now Pepper House Hot Chicken has Pizza ?Their chicken sandwich are the best here at the AV Mall .. now serving pizza that’s wonderful stop by and try it’s delicious,Very good customer service no complaints what’s so ever ?
