Pinkfish Poke

What happened here? This place used to thrive. Ordered a “pickup”. 30 minutes later I show up and they say they don’t make pickup orders until the customer shows up. There were also about 5 people in line. Asked for a refund and bailed. What’s the point of a takeout order if they don’t make it before you get there?

Three employees ate here today and we work just down the street all of us sick to our stomach and diarrhea left work early. They need to really assess how they handle the food or whether they are using old fish that has been sitting out needs to be looked at and I recommend being careful when eating at places that serve raw fish, not good at all. This may not be every occasion for every single person but seriously a concern.

I do NOT recommend ordering online. Not happy today. Ordered online and when arrived at the time they said would be ready was told another 10 minutes. Have been coming here for the last 4 years. Never order online again. And to top it off, was told they were out of seasoned egg which is an upcharge.Still was charged for the egg. Again, NOT HAPPY with Pinkfish today.

I don't leave many reviews but this place was outstanding! Yall got a new regular on your hands and the service was great. Your employee, tho I didn't get her name, was so kind and made my experience even better :)

This place used to be amazing, but now it’s not. Rice is mushy, and $1.95 for nasty brown avocados. They also upcharge for everything. $2.75 for a tiny scoop of masago and you only get 2/3 between Krab salad, seaweed salad, and cucumbers unless you pay extra.

Ran out of ingredients to make my bowl. Atmosphere needs a more welcoming decor. Cashier was less than thrilled to see us confused about the menu.

Ordered mainly for the seafood, and I’m pretty astonished to see you guys proudly using imitation crab meat. No shame at all??For a poke place, 99.9% of people expect FRESH proteins. Y’all gave me a generous, “loving” portions of fake crab meat in two ways. It’s the star of the dish and it’s obviously cheap and embarrassing. Sauces are also obviously cheap and poorly made.What a shame, thought I’d try something new for my lunch break ????. Disappointing to say the least. Mainly because you’re a POKE place.**response to owner**I don’t want excuses for a cheap product. I was the customer. If it’s imitation crab, SAY THAT in your menu so people don’t waste money on crab-looking fish-meat.Plain and simple. I would’ve ordered anything else. But since I’m “at fault” I’ll just cook some fire at home lol. I was at work, silly me for ordering food out here knowing the standards. My apologies; won’t happen again.

Very comfortable setting, excellent customer service (employees are really nice and patient if this is your first time going there). But, I would recommend checking out their website and plan "your create a bowl" selections - soo much to choose from and everything is fresh. My hubby and I had a great experience, loved the food and absolutely will return in the future. Based on my experience, I definitely would recommend!

I can't say that I was impressed with the experience. The spicy tuna looked like it was days old, and tasted like it too. It just doesn't taste fresh, but you advertise about freshness. Please check your fish before you get someone seriously sick.

Food and services are usually good. It is my favorite poke spot currently in the AV. It's just the atmosphere I'm not a fan of. It's a blah vibe and not the freshest smelling location. So that's a major turn-off for food.
