Server was very rude to us. Me and my family were very uncomfortable to place our order because of her behavior. It says on my receipt that the servers name is Veronica, but just in case the register is under someone elses name, she was a blonde lady working on Dec 5th around 3:15pm. I really hope this worker gets talked too because her behavior was really bad.

I stopped here on my way through the area, and honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. The food was okay at best, but what really bothered me was the attitude of the girl working the register — who also happens to be the one making the food. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable.
I don’t live nearby, and after this unpleasant visit, I seriously doubt I’ll ever come back to this Pizza Hut again. Do better.

I just ordered from Pizza Hut. I spent over $50 the one in Palmdale on Palmdale Boulevard I ordered a large pizza three toppings which was fine. I ordered some hot wings and when I ordered them, I made sure that I told the guy that I wanted them well done when they got to me they were not well done. They were barely cooked and I called them to complain and he’s telling me all he could give me was five dollars Back on my credit card then he went to seven but I would have to call back and re-order customer service there is ugly. Make sure they understand with your order in before you pay your money. I will call Corporate tomorrow, which is Monday if the Shift Supervisor, gave me his right name. He said Alan, but we will see. Have a blessed evening everyone

I just happen to stop in this pizza hut in Palmdale and I have to say the gentleman at the front taking our order was very nice as was the gentleman in the back, but what I can't stop talking about was the simple pepperoni pizza the sauce was just perfect and pepperoni had a little crunch to them that hadn't had before that made it something special. The inside was very clean and service was great. Thanx

Walked in when it opened just to ask a question this employee just walked past us and went straight to the back and start making pizzas. I literally just had one question, when I told him that I have one question, he said one moment and I waited another 10 minutes. Now I know why I don’t come to these fast food places such a bad customer service.
