They lie to customers!! Received cold food and when i called i was told by a manger that the amount would be credited to the account!!! When I called in somehow I only have a $10 credit to my account 🤬🤬 When speaking to the previous manger I told we can bring the food back in but was told that was ok! Fast forward to tonight I called and only have $10 to use!!! LIES ON TOP OF LIES!!! Delon has no freakin concerns about cold food, upset customers, etc!!

Only reason I gave food a 4 star, is because I got regular crust, instead of the thin and crispy that I would have preferred. But that could have been my fault, maybe I just forgot to say my preference. Other than that, the experience here, was great! I would go back, for sure.

Delivered to wrong house. Pic of someone else’s door. Lady hardly spoke understandable English. Pizza cold. If you’re living in America learn English!
Horrible service!1.food arrived cold2. I ordered over the phone and somehow ended up with a door dash driver. When driver arrived, had pizza exposed to the 45 degree weather out here in palmdale. Pizza was not stored in an insulated heated bag.3. When I confronted the store manager Michael this evening March 31st he wasn't at all concerned pizza arrived cold. And refused to provide corporate phone number. He put the blame on Driver.Pizza hut is a multimillion dollar company who apparently laid off the own company drivers just to penny pinch and over inflate there prices.Also at no point was it disclosed a third party would be delivering there service and they weren't liable for any problems after pizza was picked up from there store.

Had a taste for pizza for 2 days decided to give Pizza Hut another chance because I hardly ever order from u guys, I go to the competitors, In which it’s a hit or a miss with them too but at least the pizza don’t be flat an has enough sauce,Quality has went way down with you guys over the years!

Knew this place was here for years. Been here once in a while cause I could trust the service. Not sure about this time tho. The staff was very sketchy about pizza prices. Staff told me about this deal on new years eve about getting two pizzas for $11.99, with two toppings. I thought that was amazing and decided to go for it. I give him my toppings and I wanted it and the total comes out to $31.99. When I questioned him about the massive price jump he tried to confuse me about how my toppings and how I wanted thin crust warranted these massive price jumps. Then going on about how the pizzas were actually $11.99 "each". Not two for $11.99. I woulda just said no and left, but my family reaaally wanted PizzaHut so I allowed myself to be played and scam me.

Place an order online. Called right after to cancel because my husband actually ordered pizza too. I was told it was canceled. 15min later that $55 pizza order was delivered. We declined it because it was supposed to be canceled. When I called the location, they said it was a mistake and will refund. I'm still waiting, 3 says later. They are clueless and systems are apparently not allowing refunds/cancelations. Spoke with corporate and still nothing. Guess I have to reach out to my bank for my refund

There are metal pieces inside the pizza and chicken. I have contacted them and was told for refund but with no confirmation of time. The second time I called a rude manager picked up and they are just repeating the same stuff but worse. So I hope the worst for that individual.
