we wanted pizza and this was in my garmin. i wouldnt normally go to this kind of place for pizza. but we got through it and enjoied ourselves. the guy was kinda surprised when all we wanted was pep and mush and only 1 pizza for the 2 of us. he made it and it tasted great

What a bummer. I went with my 2 little girls to this location and over all the vibes were extremely off and weird. BUT WAIT THERES MORE… After ordering, I asked to use the restroom with my 2 little girls and there’s a code you need. Cool, I get the code, went in with my little girls and one of the employees didn’t bother to knock OR ask if anyone was in and opened the door with the code and there’s me wiping my daughter after using the restroom and her bottom area is exposed. What really got me was she didn’t apologize. She opens the door and just says “OH” I get maybe she felt awkward but come on. Imagine how I felt. I ended up saying sorry as if I did something wrong. This was the same girl that was just giving me really bad vibes while I was ordering. Honestly whole place was weird. Wouldn’t recommend.

Extremely bad quality of pizza. The thick crust they say is way toooooo thin for a thick crust.Employees there started to argue over that. When mentioned couple of other pizza places then was told we never heard of Round table pizza.2nd bad experience here. 1st was when had a pin in the pizza.

Ordered 3 traditional pizzas for pickup. When I got home I noticed they were thin crust and they forgot to put pineapple on 2 of them. I called and spoke with Alicia who told me “We are out of pineapple, and when that happens we just don’t put any on”. Regarding the thin crust, she informed me she will speak with her manager and see if they can credit the fee to upgrade since I did not receive the product. After an hour and 37 minutes she called back and said the manager actually was the one who made our pizzas and that is how the NEW dough press makes traditional. I have just eaten at Pizza Rev a little over a week ago and had the traditional, I know thin crust when I see it. The slices are like little potato chips! If she is calling that traditional, then what does an even thinner pizza look like?? It is apparent the manager did not want to issue a refund for her mistake and would rather enforce her bad customer service on me. Now she had trained her associates that this is acceptable. Not going back.

Pizza was good, customer service was dead and restaurant cleanliness was not available. Three kids behind the counter seemed annoyed and unhappy that they work here. No ice in the ice machine and the dirtiest tables available for everyone.
Filthy dirty food prep and drinks areas and rude employees. This location has hit rock bottom. No wonder there were no customers at noon on a Saturday

Calzon wasn't good. Staff wasn't attentive when we came in. A new hire greeted us and mentioned he didn't know what he was doing because he was new, which is understandable. Whoever was in charge or more experienced didn't take the time to help him so we can receive proper service. I got the margherita pizza, it was okay. Another customer was trying to wash their hands and mentioned to the employees there was no soap to wash their hands. Employees didn't do anything about this situation.

The best build-your-own pizza place in the market. The upcharges which are necessary due to inflation make the value of your dollar a bit more distant. I still enjoy it but the prices are approaching a tipping point.

Stood around for a few minutes in an empty restaurant, man at register made eye contact no acknowledgment, woman working on pizzas was nice when she noticed me. Biggest complaint is its 2023 and we still can't get with the times, no apple/Samsung pay, when most places can at this point
Parking: Parking sucks the whole lot is crowded yet restaurants are empty, seems all the decent parking is taken by employees of these buildings causing me to park by mcdonalds
Dietary restrictions: No effort to keep ingredients separated, there is always cross contamination

I enjoyed eating at pizza rev, but there is one employee that helped us today and she has horrible customer service. Not only is she rude to your customers but she is also rude to fellow co-workers.
