The service here was excellent and the food was hot. I wasn't expecting much but they went over and above. My daughter has an allergy and rather than blowing me off they showed me the ingredients. I will stop here every time.

The workers need to re watch some training videos..one of the workers put one of the b a cking pans on top of the trash can and started putting the pretzels on it then put the pretzel pan on top on a other pan that already has pretzels on it. So the bottom part of the pan thay was on top of the trash can is touching the pretzels on the bottom pan.. got so disgusted..

Come here with my kids, I love that they offer different sizes and deals for the pretzel bites because those are our favorites. And she even threw in a few more since we were sharing!!! These are the absolute best pretzels you will get in America. It is all in their dough. I do not know why pretzelmaker closed all their locations in Los Angeles except except palmdales but I sure hope they don't close this location. Everytime I drive to and from san francisco back to Los Angeles, I will purposely stop in palmdale just to get a pretzel here because I cannot get it near my home anymore. Please don't close this location ever!!!

Their pretzel bites are absolutely a must try. Anything with pretzels has a palace in my heart. I'd highly recommend anyone to come here and to try their amazing pretzels. They are cheap for the quantity you get and the quality is superb. If you haven't tired it then come here to atleast have some great pretzels
This is my first time trying this place. It is kind of pricey compared to Wetzel Pretzel. I purchased regular cinnamon bites (.99 cents for cinnamon flavor). I find Their pretzel salty and not soft enough. I am not sure if I will try again.

I was at pretzel maker today the 24th of February. Ordered small mini dogs but I was given the wrong order I was just giving the small mini bread bites came back and told her they got the order wrong they told me to come back in 10 minutes it'll be ready, I came back and they sold my order then the girl tells me that I have to place another order and pay another $9 wish I did not but I did have to pay another $2 in tax, not to mention I had to wait 15 minutes for them to be done aren't these things supposed to be done ahead of time? aren't these mini hot dogs supposed to be in a cup inside the bag? Well mine weren't she just threw like five golf size or bigger mini dogs in the bag gave me a greasy bag and called it a day so I'm very upset my pants were greasy my hands were greasy my car was greasy horrible never will I go there again someone needs to re-educate these people customer service is first always.

Their quality was change recently, get hard pretzel can't even eat. Ask for heat it up just no respond and said every Pretzel is the same. What? So all Pretzels are not fresh that why all are not hot and hard to eat. Never go their again

I do enjoy the pepperoni and jalapeí±o pretzel from Wetzel Pretzel but these mozzarella and pepperoni pretzel rolls have earned a special place in my heart. Everything from the buttery dough, to the gooey cheese and slightly salty pepperoni are balanced.
