If I could give this place ten stars, I would. I’ve eaten here since the very beginning, and it has stayed quality. I have travelled to other states, craving Raizel Ramen. I have travelled up and down this state and genuinely nothing compares. The portions are big, and I love that it’s locally owned. Went here in high school, college, and now I still find my way back to Palmdale. Fair warning, nothing will ever taste as good as this after you try this place.

I know this is a far comparison but back in 2019 the broth was so rich, fresh, and hot. I blindly had the same expectations. The broth tastes like it came from a frozen package, the food did not arrive as hot as it should have, and the noodles were not fully cooked. The service was great but, the main star the food was lacking completely in meat and fullness. I usually don’t leave broth in the bowl but, I couldn’t manage to drink any more of the diluted broth. I would not come here again sadly… I used to love this place and it has become very lack luster

Some of the best service we’ve had. Very attentive and friendly, and the broth is always so fresh. And their pork buns are some of my favorite. A perfect spot for a nice peaceful bowl of delicious ramen, that just feels like comfort.
We had dinner here twice now and both times it was great! Went on Friday evenings and it wasn't too busy. Our server Irving was super attentive and wonderful overall, had to grab his name before leaving just because he was so lovely! The food was delicious and came out quickly, large portions as we ended up taking home leftovers. The sweet chili karaage rice bowl was delicious, as were the gyoza. Very reasonably priced as well, we will definitely be returning!

The food was delicious. I was stuffed and had to finish the food anyway it was so good. As soon as we came in Irving (sorry if misspelled) was great, immediately getting us seated and taking orders. Super friendly, professional, and just a great experience. I'll be recommending raizel to all my friends.
