The environment was intimate and nice due to the booths, the decor, and low music. It was upbeat but also calming. The server was very professional and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. The prices were low but the food was quality and large in quantity. I’d come back! We had the gyoza pot stickers and spicy shoyu ramen if anyone wants to try that out.

My cousin and I accidentally came across this cute and humble ramen restaurant. Raizel Ramen, has a cozy vibe and perfect for anime lovers! We had the chicken potstickers (liked them!) and my personal favorite honey shrimp bao buns ! Great for the sweet tooth lovers. What made us fall in love was the customer service ! Cromwell treated us great! Very polite, frequent check in's but not overwhelming. Definitely recommend and will be making a trip to come back.

This was my first time trying Raman from this spot. The only thing I did not like, was the noddles, they were very mushy, soft, melt in your mouth soft, I didn’t like their Raman compared to others in the AV. The potstickers was cool though. Their customer service was very good.

Came on Wednesday evening and had a great meal. Appetizers are definitely worth getting, and I'd suggest adding some extra meat to whichever ramen you order.The noodles were a bit thicker than my preference, but the broth was rich and delicious! It was a bit crowded when I came but my food came out in minutes.The server was quick and efficient. I was surprised by how fast the food arrived (despite being crowded inside). Everything tasted great. Some of the best ramen I've ever had.

In LA for the weekend, first place visited and the reviews are up to par with this place in general . Customer service was great upon arrive and stayed consistent, the owner gave us a complimentary bowl of rice and a discount on the overall bill just because , so sweet! The food was good, we really liked the appetizers, ramen was okay, but i think the atmosphere was worth it. I would recommend :) The interior is also very cute, the owner is a huge fan of dragon ball anime and has many figures and tv playing the show hehehehehe
