When I’m paying $12 for a smoothie, it really shouldn’t be a problem to get the little bit left over in the blender for my kid. It’s not coming out of employees paychecks. What should come out of employees paychecks is their customer service skills. I’m sure people would act a lot different if they were getting paid for how they were treating customers.

I love this place, the smoothies are all delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the employees never answer the phone. I wanted to call to see if there are any keto options before I make the 20 minute drive out there but no one ever answers. This is not the first time they don’t answer phones. I don’t see a point in even having a phone number if no one is gonna take the calls seriously.

I had a less than favorable experience here. Sometimes you’ll get a really sweet cashier who takes your order, and then there will be times that you’ll get the employee that hasn’t quit yet and you’ll wonder why they even work at a smoothie shop. I called corporate and sure enough it didn’t go far. I was exclaimed that I would get a refund and the owner would contact me, but alas it’s been a while since that phone call. Don’t bother. They don’t value customer service or their regular customers

This places is amazing ,very friendly staff.The smoothie can get addicting.I have to have one everyday.The app is a must have.

I wanted to like this place but this is my second visit and I ordered an avocado toast and a smoothie via the mobile app. When I arrived to pick up my order there were only 2 staff members there preparing the food so I had to wait a bit for my order. While waiting , I noticed that the young lady who was preparing my food had on gloves but was coughing and sneezing with no mask on while preparing my avocado toast and served it to me. I asked for a refund and Marco told me to call back after a few hours because there was no manager available to give a refund. So I call back a few hours later and a young lady answered the phone and said to call back tomorrow to see if a manager will be there to get a refund of my $20. 👎🏾

Employees made my smoothie wrong multiple times anytime I complain owner told me to take what we serve you or you can go to Jamba hundred percent true

We liked to come here for the açai bowls, last time it was too sugary, so we did not liked it as always. Don't know if they changed some of the ingredients lately, we liked it here because we are always trying to get something healthier than a lot of fast food restaurants.

Online order for root to stem drink and açaí bowl. Instructions weren’t followed, the açaí was thin like liquid instead of thick and the drink had unblended pieces of fruit. Waste of money because of poor customer service
