UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNER and out went the quality. Do not be fooled by the old reviews and old pictures. Anything 4 months and older is no longer accurate. You now get 1/4 of the toppings you used to get and that really changes the flavor. Sadly will not be wasting time and money at this once delicious establishment.

We ordered pizza online and it said it would be ready at 9:15. Drove about 25 minutes to get to the place and when we tried to go inside to pick up our order the doors were locked. We looked around to see if we could see anyone and ask them about our order. We talked to an employee through the closed doors, and they said that the were closed for the next hour (they have it posted everywhere that they close at 10) and that they didn't get our order. We were left confused and with no pizza ): 1/10 would not recommend.

Utterly disgusting of a pizza place. To owner Jay I believe. Close shop and open up a circus because that’s what your running here. Anyone leaving a 3 plus stars review has never eaten pizza before. Garbage.

Undercooked pizza. How hard is it let the pizza cook. I just ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and there both indercooked. I should have beleived the reviews. First and last time. Its 2024 and were picking up undercooked pizza's, Little Ceasers is better than this place

This was a delivery order taken by a new employee not realizing I was in Lancaster 7 miles away. People from Sam's was very nice to me considering and the food was delicious. Couldn't have been better.

I love this place, best pizza in the valley . If you go, you have to try the El Pastore pizza!!! I have never tasted a pizza that's been so creative and presented very beautifully. Also, the chicken artichoke is a great choice as well. Shout out to the manager Jay as he's doing a great job and making sure that my experience was great. Pizza came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I will definitely be coming back again!!!

me and my bf were very hungry so we decided to get some sand pizza. He had it before, but I had not. We were on a low budget so we got a small pepperoni pizza. The wait time was about 7 minutes to exact. We sat down at a table for 2 in a corner and ate the pizza. It was very yummy and fulfilling we had a great time and you even get a free drink if you follow their Instagram!!

This was a nice surprise. I was looking for a good pizza that would be delivered. Sam's was the place. The person who took my call and the delivery person was very nice. My pizza had a good crust and an awesome sauce! Overall on of the best pizzas that I have had in a long time.

In ordered 4 large boxes a few weeks ago. For my daughter's classroom. Huge boxes. Today i went in ordered 2 large they gave me 2 medium and they were telling me it's a large. I asked the young man this is medium not large? he said talk to her (lady-up front) he walks away.. I'm telling u that is not a large she said it was so I get home and my family said those are mediums!! Not cool! I'm not liking the dishonesty .
