Had some errands to run, we decided to get some late lunch/dinner. We got the Pizza🍕 and Mojos combination. We placed our order and waited. Our server delivered our Pizza and Mojos, with great attitude and humor. The Pizza was a little greasy but okay. The Mojos where out of this world.

Arrive about an hour after the bunch of lunch starts.. fresh food and no line. Service was fast and efficient. Clean plates before you could even ask. Chicken and mojos were hot and fresh. I'm stuffed. Bunch of lunch is the perfect time to explore all the pizza options and step outside of your comfort zone. ?

The food was as delicious as I remembered from nearly 50 years ago! The Mojo Potatoes and fried chicken are unbeatable, the pizza is fine and there's a great selection on the salad bar. Shakey's was a special treat in my youth, and i was pleasantly surprised to discover one of the remaining franchises was in Palmdale, where I was returning for my 50th Class Reunion. Certainly a highlight of my Homecoming!
Kid-friendliness: Great for kids, with a game room as well as lunch buffet with all their favorites. I felt like a kid again!

Irlanda the manager is the best! I drive 3 hours to this location and she makes my day so special when I come to visit! They need to give her a promotion because she’s so welcoming and really loves her job! I wish more employees could be just like her, a heart of gold and a great asset to the team. They better take care of her, I’d hate for her to leave! Favorite Shakey’s location because of the service she provides!

The food is okay, nothing to write home about but it hits if you're craving pizza, chicken and potatoes. As far as the atmosphere goes it's fine for families but definitely not for date night or anything romantic.
Parking: Parking is okay but finding a spot during the busy lunch hour can be a pain as this location is in a strip mall with several competing businesses.
