Incredibly authentic Japanese establishment focused on good food and service. The chirashi bowl had some of the freshest fish I've had in CA, which is surprising since this is the AV. The Japanese speaking staff is awesome, and this restaurant teleports me back to Japan. There's a reason why every AV local recommends this place!

I want to like this place because someone very dear to me spoke very highly of it. They even had their birthday dinner here. I can NOT see why. The sushi rolls look like gas station sushi rolls. I had two rolls that hardly had any tuna or salmon in them. My wife had the teriyaki chicken. It was so dry that I suggested she could save it and eat later in the shower.
I know there are better sushi restaurants in Palmdale but this wasn't my suggestion.

Absolutely delicious, fresh sushi. My favorite roll was the spicy shrimp, salmon scallop. I had to order it twice. Servers were very kind and attentive, only adding to the great experience overall. Thank you Shogun Sushi and our sushi chef Frankie, we will be back soon!
