The ambiance is extraordinary! The Instagram corner with the swing is super cute. The creamy frosting consistency is delicious and delightfully unique. The brownies were great. And I love how well they did their flavors! But the macaroons are the best ! The location is great! Even though it took several years for them to finally open, the taste almost made it worth the wait. With all that said they get a 1 star. The rude employee unfortunately really negates all of the wonderful things about this place and it's potential. I came in with a cheery disposition and my kid. They were in the back for awhile before I came in (no big deal, it's a small business so they get extra grace as I know it can be hard.) she immediately did not seem friendly (a sweets place should have a sweet personality) quickly lowering my expectations and thinking maybe she is having a hard day, I tried to be extra nice and make conversation with her. I could tell she had a bit of a cold. It was my first visit so I asked about the flavors (they are never in the same color) she was not happy every time I had to ask a question. (I was thinking maybe she is not from around here, I definitely felt like maybe she doesn't like black people) I thought about the gelato ice cream business where the owner was super mean in lancaster, but ended up being such a great guy after meeting him. This may or may not have been the same case. She coughed on my brownie ( I think she tried not to). And even though I tried to use my own understanding of what the flavors where, they were not in actual order. But she looked like she wanted to argue. So I just purchased whatever was put into our box. I will attempt to go there 1 more time before writing them off completely. I only write this review as a kind disclaimer to customers who want to try something unique. Perhaps keep your head down and try not to upset her. Or definitely don't be offended to much because I think she might be like that to everyone. Also perhaps the manager should kindly consider having her take a class in customer service etiquette. I am absolutely going to give her the benefit of the doubt and try again another day. But truthfully, she just made me feel like she didn't like me and didn't want me to ask any questions or be there. Still going to say a prayer for them. Perhaps their target audience is not family friendly ? IDK.

Driving around the area we found this place. The atmosphere was great and customer service was good, we asked about the costume cake order process, which is very easy and time frames are awesome for someone who's short on time. Our favorite cupcake was the créme brûlée one. There's plenty of parking and a few more food venues within the plaza. We ordered a 6 pack which came to around $23

Sinful treats have always been my go to for sweets everything i have tried so far has been delicious, one of my favorites has been the tres leches cake! Ive gotten a custom cake made before which turned out incredible. Most recently ive gotten an assortment of cupcakes each were so good! The atmosphere of the shop is so cute and the whole staff is always super friendly I will definitely be back! Highly recommend

1st time there and it'll be our last!! Went around 230pm and the worker was absolutely rude. I had my 6 year old and 10 year old with me. Killed the experience for both of them and I. Asked what the flavors of each cupcake were and instead of her telling us, she gave us a vague and generic description of "there's different of flavors etc etc". No help at all. Therefore, we basically picked by the look of the cupcake. More to say about how horrible the experience was, but I honestly don't even want to waste anymore energy on this business. So unfortunate because I love supporting small businesses.

Its less than a 1 star. The lady who works there on Wednesday after 2pm is a horrible lady. She was rude to my kids and rude to me. I just left and didnt buy anything. I see why this place is empty. I've beenthere before and the ice-cream is not great. Their macaroons are pretty good, that is the reason why I went back. The cup cakes, not good. It tasted old the last time I got one. But bad service very bad. ?Went to MR. BOBA INSTEAD... YOU GUYS HAVE TO TRY IT!!! Soooo goooood.

Disappointed that I gave my hopes to this shop and they guaranteed my picture was possible. Ended up looking like a can of refried beans and no apology was given. Instead management/owner stated there was nothing to be done. Be careful when selecting this bakery.

Had the cupcakes. The icing was too buttery and had very little sugar so butter was really all you tasted. The cake itself was tasty.

First time trying this place, and it did not disappoint. Their macaroons are amazing!! They actually taste like the actual flavor and not just sugar. Also recommend their fruit tart and eclaire puff. We will definitely be coming back.

Some of their cupcakes and ice cream are good! I've purchased some of their cookies that are located in the display box by the register and they have been rock hard. I'm writing this review due to the worker that works there. She is the one that wears glasses. She is awfully rude and has been rude on multiple occasions. Not welcoming at all. My niece saw the swing once we walked in. She was touching the ropes and nowhere near sitting on it. She was admiring it. She said "the swing is just for selfie purposes." After we left my niece even told me that she had seen the selfie sign on the wall but she wasn't going to sit on it. Another time it was about 30 minutes prior to closing and some people had bought some desserts. They paid and they were going to sit down inside since it was extremely windy outside and she said "just to let you know, we will be closing shortly." So those people went outside and ate their dessert. You still had plenty of time prior to closing why would you tell your customers this. As much as I enjoy some of their treats, I think it's time to give them a break. It's extremely difficult to try to support local small businesses when their customer service is lacking.
