Ordered the new red velvet shake it supposed to come with cream cheese topping but they brought me it with there whip topping if there was no cream cheese topping should have told me I would have ordered something different because I don’t like there whip topping. I also ordered a smash burger which wasn’t even smashed nor crispy and was poorly assembled and messy.
Go through the drive thru. Its wayyyy faster. Only 2 slushies ordered and it took 20 mins!

Every time we order a sonic blast, we have to return it because they don’t mix it. The whole cup is ice cream and just the top has a few crumbs of whatever you ordered. Nothing like wha they advertise.

The chocolate sundaes are tasty and inexpensive.
HOWEVER, today I returned for a Sonic Blast. I could choose from 3 sizes and I chose the middle one which I thought was a medium. When I got to the window I was told a price that was much higher than was listed on the menu when I ordered it. I said I ordered a medium not a large Blast. The person at the window said that is the price for a medium. I went ahead and paid and then looked at the menu when I left. The sizes of the Sonic Blast are "mini, small, and medium." There is no large. I hate to be a Boomer but when 3 prices are listed it's normally for a small, medium, or large. And the size of the print on the menu is very small. Look out for the fine print!!! Take a look at the picture.

Mostly undeserved 1 star to reach management’s attention:
1) Please buy better headsets for your drive-through staff OR hire staff with better hearing and comprehension. Not cool to end up with a single patty when I clearly asked for a double. And asking whether you offered chocolate chip cookies was a harrowing experience. Repeated myself 3 times and ended up w/ a cookie blast drink!! Luckily I caught that on the screen and had it deleted. When I asked for cookies at the window, had to repeat myself 3 times again and instead of being told you don’t have that, the young woman found it “helpful” to let me know that you don’t accept orders at the window. Totally ludicrous experience! PS this was around 7:15/20pm on Sunday 7/21/24
This location NEVER includes the condiments requested and paid for. They are ALWAYS missing and have to be requested. Orders take forever to come out, even after marking them “on the way” it will take longer than 10 minutes to actually make it to your vehicle. There is no restroom access even though there are on-site eating sites. Absolutely the WORST Sonic I have ever been to.

This was our first time going to Sonic and definitely will be my last they had us waiting for 20 minutes and 107° weather for three items the drive through would have been faster but I went for the experience? all bad never again

So on the 4th of July I decided to pick up some sonic on my way home got home and started eating and at a certain point I got up to get a napkin and I flipped the burger over and come to find out they gave me a burger with mold… I tried to resolve this issue privately with sonic customer service but they claim that they really need the receipt in order to fix the problem but I threw everything away out of rage.. but even after I sent them screen shots of my bank transaction and photo evidence of the burger they said they couldn’t help me without the receipt. DEFINITELY not eating at this establishment ever again.

They always have very friendly staff and the food always comes out real good. The consistency in the presentation and quality is always amazing. The purple slush is nerds it my to go drink it’s freaking delicious. Prices are not to bad, a little cheaper than some major fast food places and Sonic’s tastes way better

This sonic gets even more worse every time I go here. Which isn’t often because it’s far too spendy - especially for the garbage they be bringing to my car. My slushie creme was made wrong, ? ,,, my chicken on my chicken sandwich was tinted black( like as if they used one from last nights shift and refried it. )) if u worked fast food before then you are well aware of the difference between fresh fried chicken vs. chicken that was sitting out for too long etc. etc. my food wasn’t even warm when I finally received it. Yes it was horribly hot, for that I gave the man a tip , he complimented the whip ? but still , my ice cream tasted like watered down warm milk. I’ll never go out of my way to go to this sonic ever again. Especially after racking up a 45$ bill for 2 sandwiches and a slushy, I can’t remember the young man’s name but it was at 3-5 pm on 6/22 , hot day .
