Had us waiting in the hot sun for who knows how lonnnnnng! When we did get the one drink we ordered it was wrong and if you're gonna be serving shakes thick enough to get stuck in the straw GET BIGGER STRAWS.

Placed an order online for the Sonic Smasher for the special and showed up at 10:15 didn't even get my food because I left because they had me wait so long they closed because it reached midnight and I left empty hand and still paid for food I never got, worst customer service ever will not be getting food here ever again and will be calling in the morning to speak to a manager because this is ridiculous

They lie to you about cherries in the cherry limeaid So when you order a diet, make sure they put cherries in it, not just syrup.

An off menu item I like is the Slushy Float. Particularly I like the blue coconut slushy float. This is different than the blended ice cream and slushy. This is ice cream with slushy around it. Also, the jalapeño poppers are yummy.

Ordered the new red velvet shake it supposed to come with cream cheese topping but they brought me it with there whip topping if there was no cream cheese topping should have told me I would have ordered something different because I don’t like there whip topping. I also ordered a smash burger which wasn’t even smashed nor crispy and was poorly assembled and messy.
Go through the drive thru. Its wayyyy faster. Only 2 slushies ordered and it took 20 mins!

Every time we order a sonic blast, we have to return it because they don’t mix it. The whole cup is ice cream and just the top has a few crumbs of whatever you ordered. Nothing like wha they advertise.

The chocolate sundaes are tasty and inexpensive.
HOWEVER, today I returned for a Sonic Blast. I could choose from 3 sizes and I chose the middle one which I thought was a medium. When I got to the window I was told a price that was much higher than was listed on the menu when I ordered it. I said I ordered a medium not a large Blast. The person at the window said that is the price for a medium. I went ahead and paid and then looked at the menu when I left. The sizes of the Sonic Blast are "mini, small, and medium." There is no large. I hate to be a Boomer but when 3 prices are listed it's normally for a small, medium, or large. And the size of the print on the menu is very small. Look out for the fine print!!! Take a look at the picture.
