We visited for dinner on Wednesday with a party of four and it was a very good experience. This place looks pretty rough from the outside, and a bit ratty on the inside, but it is well worth your time. We were greeted and told to seat ourselves, which we did in a nice booth. The very gracious waiter (possibly an owner) stopped by, took our drink orders, and was nice enough to provide separate checks. The draft beers are served in large glass goblets, ice cold. The chips were warm and obviously home made. We went with a Combo Plate, a Burrito, Tacos, and Camerones al la Diabla, which had a nice spicy kick. All the portions were large and the meals were fresh and well prepared. The service was outstanding. The waiter was friendly, prompt, and professional. Overall, an outstanding hidden gem in Palmdale to get great Mexican fare.

I always get the Carne Asada wet burrito. The chips and salsa are also delicious! I always get the same thing, but I'll try something different next time. I'm sure it'll be delicious. Service is always great.

Just now realizing I've never left a review for this FOOD SPOT GEM in Palmdale! Been coming for years and always the same great experience :) My go to Tex mex spot Great service. Super affordable!! Great portions! Awesome tasting food! My go to spot for something affordable but that will for sure be delicious and fill me up! I have to give this spot a break so I don't burn them out. This will always be a great spot! My fave meal here is the burrito Colorado. I always say I'm going to get something different but I never do, and I never regret it. The combination plate w the hard shell tacos are so bomb, meat so soft and juicy yet the taco is so hard and the lettuce and cheese just hits. I always have to get my albondigas soup too! Check them out you won't be disappointed!!!
Great take out food with a tasty menu! Easy to overlook this place but I highly recommend it. Owners need to post online menu though.

Don't judge by what the building looks like! Stopped in as a recommendation from a friend and the staff treat you like family, and the food is absolutely amazing! I was craving tamales and they did NOT disappoint!! Lots of food, chips, and salsa. Authentic Mexican food served by an amazing family. You can taste the love!Parking: Gravel parking lot, but lots of space.

I've lived in the AV for 9 years. Only came across this Gem of Mexician cuisine 4 years ago. I order take out food from this place at least once a week. Service is fast, food is hot and fresh. Albondigas soup is by far the best, and filled with everything. They're Tacos delicious. I've had their burritos and they have always been perfect. Don't let the outside look of this place discourage you as it is old... but you'll have one of the best meals ever.
