Joy she was very very rude to me when I asked for corporate number to make complaint everybody was rude to me. I was not offered my receipt. She was very rude to me one of the baristas that was working in the back with coming through the hallway and he gave me an extremely sarcastic rude look while taking the trash out no star? I gave them tip I want my money back.?

It’s a Starbucks, so you can get what you expect. Parking is easy to find and the restrooms are clean. The WiFi speeds are alright and the cafe itself is kind of clean but could be a little bit better. Overall a good experience.

This is a new location that is closer to me, so not only does it have all the quality of service as all other locations I visit, but this one is in the best location for me, I am happy this location was thought about.
I love this location especially in the afternoons when Daniel takes my order, he's beyond amazing! I love that my vanilla bean Frappuccino has the right amount of flavor!

Oct 20th, 202320 minutes to get a quad of mediocre espresso. There were 4 people in line in front of me and at least 6+ baristas.

I went to Starbucks for an hot chocolate it says 10pm to close the closed it at 9:45pm at least have a sigh saying why your closing early please ??

Why do you have people that are sick working, not only are they not feeling well they aren't capable of doing their job correctly!!! I can't believe this place has gone from bad to worst. This truly reflects on how terrible it is to work for a place that I use to feel was a fantastic spot . I have been a gold member since 2014 and last week I stoped by this particular location and I asked for a venti drink in a trenta ( I like extra extra ice ) and no problem, today they said that they never do this. They said if someone has done this in the past they shouldn't have !?? Ok well here is the thing then why is it a choice on the the app as an option to switch cup size and extras ??? So her response was to order that way then next time!! Wow talk about rude and I don't even blame her, she was sounding like she needed to be resting and not stressing at work ! Starbucks do better !!!!!
