We received great advice to buy a brown sugar espresso with oat milk from one of the workers. It was very good.
Every time I order from here my order is messed up . Today the horrible tasting coffee tasted watered down and it didn’t even have ice in it!

There always close 30 mins before 10 pm and it shouldnt be that way that i remember the last person should be unleast 10 mins before the closing time

Wrong orders and can’t even get a name right lol!
Took 6 minutes for a barista to come to the counter for our order. Thats not unheard at Starbucks because they focus mainly on the drive-thru. There was one person in front of me ordering a coffee. She had a AT&T shirt on. The barista saw this shirt and proceeded to talk about how he used to work there at a different store. They continue gossiping over his past job for a good 4-5 minutes before the lady noticed I was waiting and told me I could go ahead. Not the employee, the customer. The barista looked annoyed as if my order was interfering with his gossip time. I had my 4 year old daughter with me. The only items we wanted were from the front counter. A juice pouch and a cake pop. After I paid for my order I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for the hard working baristas in the back to bring my cake pop while the barista thar took my order continued his personal conversation with the random customer. Oh, I forgot to mention he gave the lady her coffee for free because they used to work for the same company. I should have never waited this long for my items while this employee just sat there. That employee was the store manager named Eazy. Shame on you Eazy.
They don’t know how to make the drinks. My coffee is always hot when it’s suppose to be an iced coffee. My matcha was supper foamy and then half gone. Always have issues with the coffee here they don’t taste good. I haven’t even taken a sip from my matcha and look how half way gone it is.

Bad customer service and rude employees at several occasions. The girl at the register asked me to scan my items myself with a bad attitude. I had to ask three times for my receipt and she kept ignoring me. I waited 10 minutes to receive a simple order. Hire more people to accommodate customers if you’re short on staff. Also, they start mopping the floor and placing chairs on tables, kicking customers out of lobby starting 6pm claiming they close at 7pm while their closing hours on Google is until 10pm. I believe this location is poorly managed and I won’t spend my money there anymore! Total disrespect for paying customers👎

One of the workers was super rude! She had an attitude and said “excuse you” and I was confused because I had said excuse me to the little girl next to me as I was reaching for my drinks and I said I did say excuse me she said well it looked like you bumped into her. After I asked the girl next to me if I had bumped into her, they said no I even apologized to them because maybe I did and didn’t notice but I went out of my way to say excuse me and not get close. Idk the worker looked like she was having a bad day maybe those long fake lashes that are clumped up got in the way of her vision lol and we always go to this Starbucks before I drop my husband off at work.
The hot chocolate was not good
Food hasn't changed much but recently the place is less hospitable.
In this instance, staff was unhelpful with order placement when it comes to solving app issues in order placement.
As a whole, they've reduced the amount of electrical outlets for students, making it difficult for after school study sessions.
