Walked in for a mobile order pick up. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me after it took 10 min past the pick up time to get my order. Everyone just kept minding their business like I wasn't even there. Not even a greeting. Do better.

The coffee is disappointing—either too bitter, too hot, or not hot enough. The food isn’t any better; my sandwich tasted like cardboard. Honestly, it’s time to move away from greedy corporations and support small businesses again. I miss the charm of mom-and-pop cafés. Starbucks isn’t worth the price—it's overpriced, lacks quality, and we’re just paying for the brand, not the product.
