Absolutely ridiculous how terrible this Starbucks is considering they’re so new. I have the most basic drink and they can’t even get half of it right. Last time I went they forgot the syrup I asked if he can put it in. He put 8 in front of my face when I asked for 4 . I did ask for a refund right after that. It’s like self sabotage like they don’t care for any costumer service. Lastly when they ask for your order and the label doesn’t match what you ask for . That’s a problem. So disappointing don’t come here just go to another one

Usually when I order a product there is no longer what I need and it happens to me several times, their computer also fails and they cannot place the order and time is wasted

My daughter ordered a venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. When I went in to pick it up it was a little less than 2/3 full and mostly ice. I asked why. The girl was rude and said the drinks mostly ice. I said it’s a venti drink and it’s $7 she kept over talking me and asked if I wanted it remade over and over. So since she just kept repeating herself I said sure. She then made it and it was a cup full of ice 1/2 full this time. I just left because I didn’t want the argument. My daughter sipped it 4 times and it was gone. I then reordered the same exact drink for her. This time a gentleman named John made it and it was exactly what it should have been the first time.

I got here with a friend of mine we came to get a villain Frape, since it's so very hot out today 09/07/20224 it is really disappointing because there no Hello, ?? or we'll be with you in a minute, or anything. This is why I'm writing this review because I have seen a lot better service on 47th and Ave S. This is why you don't mess with Texas because we will tell you everything how things really are. ?? They had us waiting for more than 15 minutes on our feet, it really shows how you don't like color folks. I just saw that there is a lot of really bad reviews on here too.

Alexa was the best barista I have had in almost any Starbucks I’ve been to, and I’m one who is dedicated to her iced chais and iced brown sugar oat milk lattes from this chai ! Her customer service was met with an immediate smile and she treated me with such kindness and warmth. We both fed over having the same name and same (jokingly frustrations) with our first name! Quickest, most sincere Starbucks experience I have ever had! She is the epitome of customer service, treating each person with a genuine smile on her face. I would definitely come back here again! Also, my drink came out quicker than my quick trip to the clean bathroom! Would come back here again!

This store is open at 4:30 am. Two people in line and two employees inside. I waited. Until 4:40 am still no action, no orders taken and door locked. I jumped onto maps and the phone listed had a recording which said the subscriber I am trying to reach was not available.. so I drove to the other store on S and 47th. They were up and cranking out the coffee.
