The barista today tried charging me extra for light ice. I just left I go to Starbucks daily for the last few years and it’s a small percentage of barista maybe about 5 people have gave me issues when I ask for light ice or no ice on my drinks.

I work in the same shopping center. This Starbucks is always out of something, when the barista does not know how to make a specific drink they said our "machine is broken" then you go later and they tell you it was never broken ?, they are always short in staff (girls always look overwhelmed) so be ready to wait a long time and now they are constantly closed. Obviously, corporation doesn't even care because is been like this for months maybe a year. Why to even bother to have a Starbucks inside Albertsons if is not going to be run like the rest of the Starbucks, seriously is embarrassing.

one of the baristas was extremely rude. she misheard a part of our order and said we ordered a grande when my brother who was reading off a note and doesn’t even know the sizing for starbucks ordered. (there was no way he could’ve said grande) she was then complaining to the other barista. then she placed our drink on the bar without even glancing at us. and we weren’t rude about either we were debating even saying anything in the first place. it wasn’t busy when we ordered either. i couldn’t get her name cause i didn’t have my glasses on but yeah. moral of the story, some of the baristas are rude.
