The barista today tried charging me extra for light ice. I just left I go to Starbucks daily for the last few years and it’s a small percentage of barista maybe about 5 people have gave me issues when I ask for light ice or no ice on my drinks.
A target run and a Starbucks, why not? It was late, around 9pm last night. I was greeted nicely by Lizeth, she was sweet and had a good personality, something a lot of Starbucks employees lack at times My drink was delicious. I go thru the drive-thru, the young man at the window has very good customer service skills, always has my order ready by the time I'm at the window, greets with a warm smile,very personable, want to give him kudos for a job well done, I enjoy going...
