I used to really like this Starbucks, but over the past several months the customer service has declined significantly. My drinks are often made incorrectly, and when I politely ask for them to be remade, I’m met with attitude from the baristas. If I’m paying for something, I expect it to be prepared correctly.
Most recently, my drink was wrong again. I drove back to the store and asked if they could provide something different, and the response was rude, as if I was trying to take advantage of them. That’s not acceptable.
There are a few long-time employees who remain pleasant and professional, but the newer staff consistently shows a lack of respect and accountability. Unfortunately, this location is no longer delivering the level of service it once did.

I went into this establishment because I was waiting for a doctor's appointment for my son. Normally I have no issues but today I had a huge issue with a particular employee named Christian who condescended to me when I asked him for the bathroom code so I could take my son to the restroom. He stated that he couldn't abide and he couldn't assist me. He then cops an attitude with me when he said that I needed to purchase something in order to even receive a cup of water. Normally I wouldn't have an issue with purchasing anything but because of his level of conduct and because of the manager of the place and his level of conduct I decided to take my business elsewhere I went literally to the hot dog place right next door didn't even have to purchase anything and they willingly gave me the bathroom code with no issues because they saw that my toddler son needed to use the restroom. This place is disgusting as far as their atmosphere and overall morale goes. Please don't give them your business if you value your children being able to use a restroom when needed.

Disappointed :( I placed my order and decided to go wash my hands, and the bathroom was a mess, I almost slipped. The trash cans were full of garbage, and the staff was unfriendly to Latinos.

Went thru the drive order a bacon sandwich with no drink and my sandwich was still cold . Don’t let them rush you in drive thru and check your food before driving off
