It took them forever to make me my crappy drink but it took them even longer to give me my refund for it. I timed it, it was sixteen minutes. They spent sixteen minutes on one customer even though there was a four other employees there. They opened the second register, for the same customer, because that register wasn't printing receipts. That whole time, they could have just opened that second register for me. The manager didn't even apologize for taking long, he just looked at me with a dumb look on his face. I don't get paid standing around doing nothing like they do. At least apologize for making someone wait that long.

I love this Starbucks! The Baristas and the atmosphere are great. My only wish is that they would call the names out on the food orders and place them within reach of the customer instead of behind the counter. I am finding that I always have to ask for my food item after receiving my beverage.

Ordered from Starbucks for eight PM pickup. Got two items at eight ten, missing my iced tea. Barista dismissed me, saying he had to clear the drive-thru. Manager came out, cited policy, offered a refund, but I told her to cancel the order. Twenty-four hours later, no refund. Poor service and shady follow-through! What is the point of mobile order if they’re not gonna have the items ready on time and they want you to wait for them to clear the drive-through no wonder they’re closing stores

Izaac is an outstanding barista at Starbucks. Every visit feels welcoming because he is consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely upbeat. He remembers customer preferences, offers great recommendations, and always makes drinks with care. The quality of his service stands out, and his positive energy makes the entire experience better. Starbucks is lucky to have someone as dedicated and thoughtful as Izaac.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Unprofessional & Disrespectful Experience ⭐

I normally love Starbucks, but yesterday experience completely changed how I view this location. I went through the drive-through simply to place an order and also request a cup of ice. Before I could even finish placing my full order, the employee on the headset (Fredo) cut me off and told me the policy changed and they don’t give out ice anymore unless you make a purchase. That part was understandable — which is why I told him multiple times that I AM making a purchase.
I clearly stated more than once:
“Can I order a cheese danish, and can I get a cup of ice?”
I repeated myself several times, yet he acted like he couldn’t hear me — but it was very obvious he did. When I told him I didn’t mind paying and I am a customer, he still gave me attitude and refused to take my full order.
Then a woman (Nelly) jumped on the mic with an even worse attitude. She repeated the policy again as if I was trying to get something for free, even though I was literally trying to buy food and PAY for everything. At that point, it felt like they were trying to provoke me instead of providing service.
Since the drive-through was empty behind me, I reversed and parked in the front to go inside. As I walked in, I saw Nelly looking at me, whispering, and telling the other workers she had already called security. For what? I wasn’t disrespectful, threatening, or aggressive. I simply wanted to place my order like any other paying customer.
I am a Black woman with tattoos — and it was clear I was being profiled and judged on sight. I never raised my voice, never caused a scene. The security guard came in, spoke to me, saw I wasn’t aggressive at all, and allowed me to place my order like normal. That alone shows I was never the problem.
I asked the employees for the name of the woman who treated me that way — they told me “Blanco,” but her name tag said Nelly, which makes it even more suspicious. The drive-through employee was named Fredo. They both lacked professionalism, patience, and basic customer service skills.
The entire staff working was Hispanic, no diversity, and the way I was treated absolutely made me feel racially targeted and judged before I even opened my mouth. I own a business myself and I know how customer service is supposed to look — THIS was not it.
I paid for my items and left, but the disrespect, the profiling, and the unnecessary escalation was completely unacceptable. I will never return to this Starbucks again, and I will be posting a video review on my YouTube channel as well because experiences like this need to be documented.
Do better, Starbucks. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly embarrassing for your brand.

I will never return to this location. I had the worst drive thru starbucks employee named Vanessa. She has short hair and was wearing a hat with pins on it. I go to other Starbucks locations very often and this is my first time encountering such an spacey and full of errors in my order. I am pretty forgiving person but Vanessa gave me attitude and never owned up to her mistakes. She told me that it was my fault. Then she redid my drink and again she got the size wrong. And spoke to me with disrespect. I asked for my money back after her second chance and overall rudeness. I dont know who the manager is at this location but you got to put people that have effective customer service skills at the drive thrue window. Nobody wants to go to Starbucks and have someone like Vanessa getting their order wrong multiple times and then speaking in a rude demeanor. I called over the phone to speak to the manager. I spoke to someone named Amy who said she was the manager. She sounded very robotic and she kept saying I am sorry you experienced that. Then she said she was going to speak to Vanessa and get her side of the story. I asked her to please view the camera and audio so she can see for herself how Vanessa was treating me while with my family watching this. Amy said she didn't have access to that info. She proceeded to tell me that have not received any other complaints about Vanessa that day. Amy said maybe she just had an off moment. I told her that this shouldn't be happening to not even one customer. And many times customers don't speak up when they are being mistreated. I hope the actual owner of this Starbucks finds out that some of his team members are mismanaging his business. Oh and the horchata shaken expresso tasted awful here. It tastes delicious at other locations though.

Drinks are always made incorrectly here and arent always filled up. i dont recommend coming here, you're better off going to the starbucks in the target. The place also always smells bad for some reason.

Ordered two London fog lattes. Got home, tasted strange, opened the top and instead I had recieved two black tea bags. No steam milk, no vanilla. Didnt even go back because I had driven off home

The barista didn't know how to steam milk... Major fail and espresso was cold because the milk was cold.
I just went to the drive thru and ordered a grande carmel frappuccino with soy. Honestly this is the second time I've come to the drive thru and they do my drink wrong. It tasted like plain. Not how it usually taste. Do the drinks better.
