I always use the drivethru due to convenience, I decided to go inside and wash my hands, guess what the lady in the counter asked me to make an order in order to give me the restroom code. Very bad customer service. I liked this place, but you need to train your employees. Very sad.

need to leave a review for barista KARISSA ! not only is she always super helpful but ALWAYS makes my drink correct no matter how busy she is! hope to hear soon she is promoted for such good service!
Laura and Michelle was rude and a smart mouth waited in line 30 minutes at 1110am just to get to window for them to say no change for 100 dollar bill and said they can’t touch safe to get change hope Starbucks loses everything since they have customers wait without informing before they order give it a zero
