They alright. The lady in the line always be saying what's your name. I say my name, then she be like how are you. But she does not care how I am. It is a script. My name is for relational purposes. I am writing to express my frustration with an experience at your store on. As a regular customer who frequents this location daily, I have always placed my usual order, which includes ice.
