I asked the staff to remake a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam Nitro. Staff proceeded to poor my drink into a new cup and handed it back to me. This isn't the first time this has happened and it is upsetting this keeps happening at this specific location.

Waited 5 min in line ... no one was in front of me ... One of the guys just told me he will be with me and the other two guys continued cleaning and pouring the big jug teas ... I guess buying a drink and a snack is too much to ring up.
It closes at 8:30 pm inside!!! Not 10. The Hispanic lady was extremely rude as well. Bonus points for them having chargers on the wall.

Sat in line for 20 minutes on Christmas Eve after being told they were open until 7pm. Got to the ordering box and was told they weren’t accepting any orders. A lot of angry customers behind me that were also told they were open until 7pm. The employees were incredibly rude and there was no one outside to turn customers away or cones to say they were closed . You need to do better at this Starbucks you SUCK! Hope your holidays are as rude and awful as you were to us customers !!
