Sat in line for 20 minutes on Christmas Eve after being told they were open until 7pm. Got to the ordering box and was told they weren’t accepting any orders. A lot of angry customers behind me that were also told they were open until 7pm. The employees were incredibly rude and there was no one outside to turn customers away or cones to say they were closed . You need to do better at this Starbucks you SUCK! Hope your holidays are as rude and awful as you were to us customers !!

Every time I order an iced oat milk shaken espresso literally a drink off the menu it never taste the same and on top of that IT’s NOT SHAKEN. its literally in the name of the drink. I hate leaving bad reviews but this location really sucks. The service and the drinks they make are horrible. They need more training and reading prior reviews it seems like it’s an ongoing issue that quality of drinks is poor.

I ordered a cup of iced coffee and asked for no water and less ice. This is the drink they made. It was 30% empty. My husband asked why it was so empty. She said, "Because you want less ice and no water.” It means you asked for more and that's all you got. Its a sick store.
