Ed saga

Today I went to Subway for lunch with my wife. We ordered online as we approach the store. There were a couple things we couldn't do online that we figured we could when we got there.Upon arriving there was 3 customers, one paying, one waiting to pay and another ordering. After the person ordering was done the worker asked me how he could help, I told him I had ordered online but there were a couple things I wanted done that I didnt find online, immediately after saying so, a female later identified at Yely, the manager, she said your order will be done at 1155am. I told her that's fine, I just wanted a couple things done, she again said the 1155 thing and I again told her that I wanted a couple things done that I couldn't find like making the sandwich with half tomato and the other black olives. She gave me the print out to write down what I wanted and again said the 1155 pick up. I looked around the store and no one was there but my wife and I.The male worker then said I got it, I'll be making the order, I told him thank you.At this point the order was being down Sony wife ordered soup and a drink. We paid for it and went to sit down and waited for the 1154am pick up time.At 1158am the Yely started waving, my wife saw and told me our order was ready.I got up, got the bag and went home.Now at home, I opened the sandwich and saw that the sandwich wasn't toasted.I took a bite and yes it wasn't toasted.I immediately called the store to ask why.The lady answered and that's when we found out her name.I told her that my sandwich wasn't toasted, now with annoiment in her voice she said I know it's toasted because I made the sandwich. I told Yely that I would happily take the sandwich back for here to see that it wasn't toasted, she said "NO, I WILL NOT MAKE THE SANDWICH OVER AGAIN".I didnt understand why she wouldn't accept me returning with the sandwich.I've never been so insulted before over a sandwich that I wanted to return so she could see it. All I wanted was the correct sandwich andShe REFUSED to make it.Subway today that manager, Yely made your company look like idiots and me feel unwanted as a customer.

I just came of a 13 hour shift from the hospital and I asked for a turkey avocado wrap and first the lady gave me attitude right out of the gate , she refused to put my bacon into the toaster oven and I had to use the microwave instead , when it got to adding the veggies she gave me about 8 olives and 8 jalapeños and then claimed she would get I. Trouble if she gave me anymore .. I asked her if I could pay for more and she insisted she would not allow me anymore , she was willing to argue in front of customers over what I estimate to be a maximum of 50 cents worth of olives .. she the claimed to be the manager … I walked out , crazy how this rude teenage “ manager “ was willing to waste a wrap that cost almost 20$ over 50 cents worth of vegetables … as a manager you should have to critically think about saving the company money and she really dropped the ball on this for trying to save the company a few quarters … extremely unprofessional ,reflects very poorly on her ability to save the company money or have happy customers … terrible location to go to

Went through 2 in the morni mean gave me. The wrong soundwich was told to come back the next day and they will give me the right sandwich. I'll get there today. They say they're not authorized to do that. I'll get on the receipt. I said it's fine. Just give me my money back. They were not authorized to do that, but you need to come back tomorrow. Ask for the name to be able to tell the manager and they say we don't give out names, so they messed up my order. I lived 30 minutes away. They couldn't replace it. They couldn't refund it and they couldn't give their name and there's no corporate number and nobody to call. I said there's a email on the door you can use.

I really appreciate that its open 24 hours, since I work overnight. Melissa was very nice and super friendly. My order was perfect and ready on time. Good food and great staff.

Do not go to this restaurant. Over the past few weeks I’ve been having reoccurring issues with this establishment. I had placed an order in the subway app and it never assigned a delivery person, I get a call from the store and they said that I would have to come pick it up, when I came Melissa said that the driver had came and picked it up and dropped it back off due to not being able to get in contact with me . I called DoorDash and they said they never had a driver come that way all together. Melissa and the rest of the staff at this subway is very rude and makes it very difficult to order and receive a damn sandwich.

Horrible service on 10/23/23 at 08:30pm. Whoever worked the window had a horrible attitude when I had to wait over 15min for a 6inch sandwich. I had to go inside from the drive through and remind them about my order to which she replied "that's just how long it takes." Keep in mind there was no one in the store or drive through with three employees working. She should look into working at the DMV since she's so miserable making sandwiches .

I was in the drive-thru and waited 1 hour before getting my order. Luckily, I checked before driving home. They messed up on my order. Went back and demanded my refund. They refused at first. But I wasn't leaving til I received my refund. And finally I received it. There was a rude customer who wanted to interfere & involved himself in the middle of the dispute. People in that area are very rude. The older women employees are very rude. Bad drive thru customer service. You have a better chance receiving faster & accurate order if you walk in. You will be waiting forever in the drive-thru.

I like this place because it's 24 hours that's why I gave it 4 starz....But when I went in yesterday I waited inside inline with one person in front of me for 15 minutes.They weren't super busy but the drive-through had a couple cars and they were doing their online purchase which left us to hang out dry.So I went out to my vehicle and gotten to the drive-thru which was only one car ahead of me and I asked you to wait after 5 to 10 minutes awaiting I backed up and left.It was 2:30 in the morning maybe 3:00 so I'm sure things are a little bit different but they did have at least four people working.Again this place is nice because it's open 24/7Parking: Easy to always find a parking spot

I love this subway. It's the only drive through near me and they ALWAYS give my order right. The food is never stale. The inside of the store is clean as well. It's just that they take forever here, if you have time sure come to this one but if you're in a rush? Don't even think about it. I don't mind though and that's the only negative :)

Employees are willing to serve stale bread. The employee squeezed the bread and asked his co worker if he should get a fresh one and she said no. Food is expensive enough without getting stale bread to boot! Do better

Expect to wait 30 minutes (at least) for one singular sub. No matter what time I come, this always seems to be the case. Absolutely ridiculous for a sandwich. Do better.
