I ordered tuna with toasted bread via Doordash. The idiot must have put the entire sandwich in the toaster so the tuna was hot. Who the hell eats hot tuna on a sandwich?? No common sense whatsoever. If I had not been sick, I would have taken it back. Hot tuna is horrible unless in a casserole. I gave it to my dog.. Geesh!!!!

What happened to good customer service?. It seems like it's a thing of the past. Went to subway tonight on Avenue S. Some chick with reddish burgundy hair looked at us like why are you here. Never said hello, just completely ignored us. Then some guy came out and helped us.I won't be spending my money there again. That's why all these eating places up here close down. Poor customer service and poor tasting food. I give my sandwich a 2. I would have been better off going to bed hungry.

Worst experience ever, the two guys in the front absolutely terrible the guy with the eye brow piercing was rude giving bad portion sizes was more concerned talking to his friend which had nasty hickys on his neck. never had such a terrible experience & he claimed to be the manger subway needs to get it together.

This location always messes up my order and when told they get upset. The woman with the Red hair is extremely rude and Manager let her talk rudely to me, she looked like if she was scared of her. Owner needs to resolve this ASAP. Why only at this location, they are rude and treat customers horrible. Quality of food has gone downhill too..

The cashier added herself a tip without even asking me. So when I told her something she gave me attitude and I made her refund everything and ring me up again this time without adding herself a tip. It’s not even about the money it’s the principle of it. Next time pay attention they be giving themselves tips without your permission.

I am a devoted admirer of Subway and thoroughly enjoy their food. However, I must express my disappointment with the new tuna wrap. The tortilla tends to break apart easily, making it inconvenient to enjoy in the car. It has become quite messy. I kindly request Subway to reintroduce the previous tortilla wraps, as they were much more satisfactory. Despite this, I must commend Subway for their excellent service.

We walked in at about 9:20pm. After a min or 2 an employee comes out of the back. She was not very friendly, the nametag on her hat said Mimi. I felt like we were bothering her. We said we wanted to get 3 sandwiches. She informed us that the toasters were off for the night. Mind you, they close at 11pm, still over 1 1/2 hrs away. She asked what kind of sandwiches, 1 tuna, 1 meatball, she said, we dont have meatballs. Ok, now Im trying to decide on another sandwich, while Mimi looked annoyed. I quickly decided & told her what kind. She made the sandwiches, with a very poor attitude, & stating that they're preparing to close.If she is one of those that are now making $20 an hr, she should be happy to be working, & improve her attitude toward customers who are paying more in order for her to be paid the increased hrly wage.

Kinda strange I usually get a side of siracha sauce to dip my chips and after buying the meal I told the employee that seems to hate her life if I can have some sauce on the side and she stated that new policy they can’t give any extra sauce. I said ok I’ll pay for it how much is it? Then she said she can’t even sell it to me. Wait what???? Never coming here again
