I was in the shop today to pick up an order that I placed an hour prior.
The woman was just completing the order and was swamped.
You might think about how you schedule people because it was ridiculous and the woman got yelled at, by me!

This place has always been off my radar, and in previous times of visiting — it has been horrible. The manager is very unprofessional, jumps around hooting and hollering. I have never once seen her perform and take her job seriously. From the past, I’ve seen employees working alone either all day, or at night time. The owner does not take anything seriously, and refuses to help whenever needed as the employee(s) (if there’s even more than one…) struggle on their own. Shame on this business.
