Awful experience. Owner with no concept of customer service, refusing refunds for food I didn't even leave with. Food wasn't right, wasn't even wrapped properly. Look at the photo. It came like that. Bread all mashed up, the paper all wrinkled, not even sealed. The owner kept refusing refund, and the best they would offer me is store credit. I'm out nearly $50, got none of the messed up food. This place is bad, and it starts with this owner.

I placed an order via the app. I was notified in the app the order was ready for pick up. I arrive and the one person working this subway was confused. She told me she didn't finish the order... and she was helping another customer. By the time she got to me, half the order was sitting out and was ruined. I complained and she said she would "make them real fast." She spent 5 min or less remaking 4 sandwiches. They were all messed up, as you might imagine. They were smashed, the order wasn't right. It was a mess. The bread looked like she gauged each sandwich with her thumb and tore the bread apart to cut it. It wasn't even an accurate order. I asked her, "did you do this right?" Oh yes she says. But then I noticed that I ordered 3 foot longs, and 1 6". She gave me 2 foot longs and 2 6". I told her I couldn't take the sandwiches as they are and asked for a refund. She told me she could "remake them again." I didn't want her to try for a 3rd time and still get it wrong... and I had work commitments. She took down my information and said she'd have the manager call me to get a refund going. I left the food there because it was a mess. It looked like someone tore and smashed these sandwiches to bits.

Hours later, I get a call from the manager who tells me, "the owner won't let me refund these. We can remake them or offer you credit." I don't need the sandwiches anymore and I don't want to come back. But she insists the owner will not allow a refund.

I told her, "If this was a restaurant and you had a problem with the food we'd be able to get something taken off or refunded." It's absolute nonsense that the owner won't refund an order where I didn't even keep the food.

Stopped in there with another guy at 2:20 on Monday for a couple minutes without the lady working acknowledging either us while she made online orders so we left and went to Vons.

Called to see about Thanksgiving sub girl says we don't have it yet .... I ask when will you have it. She replys I have customers and hangs up ..... well sad to say .... someone about to loose their job.

I’m not sure when y’all going but Laylyn (I already know I spelled that incorrectly) but everytime I come here I get the best service. My sandwich is perfect, she’s professional and it feels like I’m at home putting my sandwich request in with my family. Kudos to this young lady, SubWay y’all have a gem here❤️ Thank you so much ?

Worse service ever ordered a bowl but they tried to skimp me and charge me extra for lettuce spinach and cheese .. I told them I got a bolw from another subway and it was packed and they said it depends on what subway you go so I left and and went to the subway on N because they know how to treat people there . Bad management and service

Had a horrible experience with the subway. Management is clueless and they don’t train employees properly. I ordered an online order to be delivered I was charged astronomically for the delivery only to have my bank charged and no order be processed. There was no help when I called, the employee was completely clueless and when I talk to a Manager today they were still no resolution. Play people told me that I had to wait until the owner or manager was in and out to get my money back. I’m waiting for the manager to be in and still no money back. The owner was also supposed to call me the following day which was yesterday and of course I did not receive a call. Unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate after I get off the phone with my bank disputing this madness. I’ll continue using my home location on Tierra Subdida because this location is wack . Do not spend your money here.

Don't normally write reviews but this place was so terrible.... they did not honor the BOGO special which is one of the reasons why we chose Subway the only employee working seemed completely clueless and said she couldn't tell us until we checked out, took forever to make two sandwiches. $30+ later....When we got home discovered that two different breads were both completely stale and hard. The tomatoes lettuce and spinach were old and wilted, they were very skimpy on the Meats. I would suggest another Subway as I've been to others that were just fine this place sucks!

Accidentally called this ranch vista location. Ugh bought for someone that’s home literally dying. He looks forward to good subs. I meant to call the one by Burlington. I had to open a can of tuna and add To his sandwich it was barely on there. I will never order without watching. Not this location ugh. The others sun is so thin paid 26 bucks for very chinsy sandwich. Disappointed ☹️
