Had a horrible experience with the subway. Management is clueless and they don’t train employees properly. I ordered an online order to be delivered I was charged astronomically for the delivery only to have my bank charged and no order be processed. There was no help when I called, the employee was completely clueless and when I talk to a Manager today they were still no resolution. Play people told me that I had to wait until the owner or manager was in and out to get my money back. I’m waiting for the manager to be in and still no money back. The owner was also supposed to call me the following day which was yesterday and of course I did not receive a call. Unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate after I get off the phone with my bank disputing this madness. I’ll continue using my home location on Tierra Subdida because this location is wack . Do not spend your money here.

This location is right down the street from home but I refuse to patronize them because the franchise owner doesn't accept the mailed coupons for certain sandwiches even though the coupon lays out which sandwiches are excluded from the offer which is usually the fancy newer ones. I will drive to the location on either Ave N/50th or the one on Tierra Subida in the Albertsons lot before I ever patronize this location again. Too bad for him though, just read an article that beginning Dec 28,2023, ALL franchises MUST accept all coupons. Haha.

The service was phenomenal. Specially thankful for Victoria and Caitlin! I work for a nonprofit that mentors youth, and they were so friendly to the boys! Hands down they are the best workers I've ran into. These two need a pay raise asap.

The manager, I believe her name was Carrie, was very unprofessional and hostile towards the other employees and customers. I've visited this location multiple times and each time I come in, I notice the same behavior to everybody around her. I've witnessed her cuss at one of her employees and verbally berate them. I will not be revisiting this location.

Food was as good as you could expect from Subway, but they wouldn't accept their own coupon for a buy one get one. They also only had one employee working, whereas other locations usually have 2 or 3. If y'all can't afford to run your business the way it's supposed to be run, shut down so something better can move in.

Don't normally write reviews but this place was so terrible.... they did not honor the BOGO special which is one of the reasons why we chose Subway the only employee working seemed completely clueless and said she couldn't tell us until we checked out, took forever to make two sandwiches. $30+ later....When we got home discovered that two different breads were both completely stale and hard. The tomatoes lettuce and spinach were old and wilted, they were very skimpy on the Meats. I would suggest another Subway as I've been to others that were just fine this place sucks!

This is hands down the best subway in town!! The store is always in emaculate condition the customer service that eye got was phenomenal, Katie the store manager and Martha are amazing!! If you gotta have it your way go to subway especially this one

Went here for some sandwiches during a break from our daughter's softball games. About 4 people in line before us, all were helped very quickly. We had a larger order as we were ordering for some of the team. The two ladies that were working were really amazing at how well they handled all of our orders. Everything was done very efficiently and they made sure all was perfect before finishing. Appreciate you ladies, sorry I didn't get their names but please thank them for us. I read some of the other's reviews regarding coupons and Their policies.....people please remember the ones that work there don't set those policies and are only doing as they are advised. Let them just work and do their job, which they did very well for us.

I will not be returning to this location. I had a coupon that the owner would only allow certain sandwiches even though the coupon has no restrictions. The owner posted a sign that no other subways have. They really need to do better.

I have been ordering sandwiches from this Subway for years, but only recently started going regularly. Katie and Hailey are incredibly friendly and extremely efficient at what they do. A couple of times, there have been some questionable but entertaining customers. Both ladies handled it professionally and even added a little humor to the situation. The store itself is well stocked and clean. I've never had an issue finding drinks for my kids. They also love the cookies.

Just left this location Haley is extremely rude made my sandwich then told me I can’t use my coupon never even said hi helped the white last behind me first she was honestly just horrible horrible before I even started to order so sad

I love love love this subway!!!! Everyone is always so nice and there's never judgement for the extra ridiculous amounts of sauce and stuff. The only name I can remember is Katie and she's awesome, but I think whole staff is great!!! I always order on the app and pick up. Thank you for being sandwich artisans !!

Accidentally called this ranch vista location. Ugh bought for someone that’s home literally dying. He looks forward to good subs. I meant to call the one by Burlington. I had to open a can of tuna and add To his sandwich it was barely on there. I will never order without watching. Not this location ugh. The others sun is so thin paid 26 bucks for very chinsy sandwich. Disappointed ☹️
