Review for Subway – Visit on 6/25/25 at 12:25 PM
I placed a pickup order and arrived at the store around 12:25 PM. While waiting, I witnessed something extremely unhygienic that made me very uncomfortable. One of the employees who appeared to be a manager (an Indian man with glasses) was standing directly over the sandwich prep area, shredding paper. He was licking his fingers to separate stuck pages and continuing to shred them directly above where food is prepared, including my sandwich.
This is unacceptable and unsanitary. Licking fingers and handling items over food, especially in a food service setting, is not just gross it’s a serious health concern. It made me question the cleanliness and overall food safety practices at this location. I didn’t feel comfortable eating the food after seeing that.
I hope this gets addressed seriously, because I won’t be returning unless proper hygiene protocols are enforced.

I ordered my sandwiches online, went to go pick them up, a girl employ said it wasn't in the system or ordered somewhere else, i showed proof that it was from there and I paid already and she said she would get her supervisor but all she did was talk to other coworkers. Finally after waiting 30 minutes they finally got my order all of the sudden and on the ticket it said it was ready at 4:40 and I arrived at 4:39. They gave away my order as I was In the store, I don't appreciate feeling like I was a lier when I clearly has proof and all they did was dismissed me like I was nothing.
