Antonio is an amazing employee. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He helped me with completing my order by substituting something similar because they ran out of what I had originally ordered. He is super helpful, kind and gentle. He knows how to keep the customers satisfied. Thank you, Antonio.

Ordered mobile order. Stated mobile order and said name. Get to the window guy says totally different name and order. When we get order one chalupa is coming apart not wrapped properly, another chalupa barely had beef and just stuffed with a bunch of lettuce and tacos barely had anything in them.

I ORDERED THRU THE DRIVE THRU. ONLY SOME TACOS . AFTER PAYING, THE CASHIER HANDS ME THE BACK WITH MY FOOD. THE TOP OF THE BAG HAD SOME KIND OF SAUCE, AND IT GOT ALL OVER MY HAND. THEY NEED TO BE CAREFUL AND CHECK WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I ordered through door dash and tell me how is it that i was missing half of my order? Bag was taped up, nothing was tampered with and we go through the drive through since the delivery was incorrect to tell them and the employee didn't even look at the order. He automatically blamed the dasher and clearly wasn't trying to help the situation. The dasher was even called and he said they gave him one bag and that bag felt light for what was ordered. Mind you this location didn't give out a refund just said to take care of it through door dash and didnt even give us the missing items which were highlighted for them. We just wanted what was missing since we PAID for it. This taco bell takes no accountability whatsoever when they're missing items. They play the blame game. Especially the night crew.

Their service is just so horrible! Their employees are rude and ignored me on multiple occasions and attended to everyone around me. I believe if you don't want to work then quit I just wanted my food not a whole attitude! It hasn't happened once either it's by different employees!

I haven't been to Taco Bell in years. I asked for assistance if there was a sale on tacos. No. Multi pack yes. I chose this. I was asked if I wanted crunchy or soft. I asked for 1/2 & 1/2. Regular or supreme. I asked for supreme. I was given supreme crunchy and Regular soft. The price is insane

I had an unfortunate experience at this Taco Bell location due to the behavior of the shift manager, Loretta. After placing a large drive-thru order, my family and I pulled over to eat and quickly realized one burrito was missing. We went back through the drive-thru to have it corrected, and a young male employee was polite and willing to assist.
However, Manager Loretta intervened and handled the situation very unprofessionally. She insisted that we return all of our food even though we had already begun eating which I found both unsanitary and unreasonable. I explained that we weren’t trying to get anything for free, just the missing item we had paid for. Rather than helping resolve the issue calmly, Loretta was dismissive, rude, and made us feel as though we were being accused of dishonesty.
In the end, I chose not to take the replacement burrito due to how uncomfortable the situation became. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. The rest of the staff handled themselves well, but Loretta’s attitude overshadowed the entire experience. I hope this matter is addressed by management, as customer service like this reflects poorly.

I love coming to this Taco Bell. I’ll try to avoid any other Taco Bell in my area and come to this one just because I feel like the food is made with care and the people here at this location actually give a sh*t about how they treat you when you’re at the drive-through; at least the night crew does. I don’t know about the day crew because I’m never there during the day, it’s more so just a late night craving type of thing. But there’s always a very tall fellow at the drive-through that takes my order and he’s very nice! I’ve also had a girl with very pretty nails help me out a couple of times there and she’s very sweet as well. Food is always served well, I’ve never found anything weird in it. 10 out of 10 for a Taco Bell.

Why were there hard pieces of chicken in my chicken chalupa? Why do you guys give so little meat and a lot of lettuce? NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET CHEATED THIS WAY. THE TACOS BARELY HAD MEAT AND THE CHALUPA WAS HARD WITH HARD PIECES OF MEAT.

Best Mexican in the AV!! Hands Down!! This Taco Bell reminds me of Taco Bell used to taste when I was a kid. The food tastes Phenomenal. I know it's fast food but at this location it tastes like the workers make your food with care. They're not stingy with the meat that they provide on their tacos and the items are properly put together not just thrown together. The staff and the manager are extremely nice and friendly.
