Beefy burrito is $3.99 but here it’s $5.44 and they don’t give receipt. Scammers. I got only one burrito and no receipt for my taxes. Just happened at 11:11 am at the 47Th location. I’m not mad. I usually round it up but this time I believe I got robbed by $1.45. It’s cool. I heard bad things about this place. People avoid coming here and choose to go elsewhere. I had to find out the hard way.
Pathetic go somewhere else. Crunch wrap supreme burrito. 3 soft tacos with chicken instead of beef. The crunch wrap had no crunch to it, no meat! When it’s supposed to have it I was eating a soggy hard shell tortilla inside the burrito with lettuce! The 3 soft tacos were disappointing but at least there was some meat on it though it wasn’t very good. I paid around 16 dollars for this meal not coming back.

Four stars for the atmosphere because of the construction nearby but once it's finished it will be great. Anthony went above and beyond in service when taking the drive-thru late at night. Hard to find somebody in good spirits at 2:00 a.m., but they found somebody who listens to people which is awesome. Food is always great cuz come on, it's Taco Bell lol!

I ordered off the application and was told by the manager that they could not refund me. That I would need to call my bank. Very bad experience. They girl at the window Amy was the only person willing to help me.
This is just unacceptable! You spend $5 on a taco and it comes empty! This isn’t right at all. The new Baja Blast Ice Cream is so small my toddler child ate it in 2 mins. No one is gonna keep buying your food if you guys keep making it like this. This should be illegal and considered theft!

My Pop's doesn't talk to swell after his stroke and I didn't want to try out the self order so the young man there helped us out and was super cool with my Pop's reading his order.That guy was a class act,didn't get his name but I should've.
