The food is good, they actually condiment the meat. The service was good, they explained what the food contained, but they were a bit stingy with the salsa. The atmosphere was ok, it was hot and there was a lot of smoke. They just opened up so I'm assuming they still have to get the a/c situated and a vent for the smoke. I feel bad for the workers. I was ready to get out of there due to the heat.
(Update: they finally got the ac running. The adobada tortas are delicious and the molcan was crazy good. I've never tried anything like it. The only downside is that you leave smelling like smoke.)

This is my second time here! Tacos Guero is authentic and delicious!! I got a breakfast burrito with refried beans, eggs, cheese, carnitas, cilantro, onion, and salsa verde!! And there zanahorias (carrots)... yum!! It's my favorite breakfast burrito in the AV! I drive a distance from Lancaster. And they are so nice, great customer service!! The picture does not do it justice, what so ever!

The food here is hit or miss when it comes to who is making your food. I had a torta cubana from this place because they recommended it after asking about it and it was amazing. So I went back another day and order the same. The meat in the torta has so very over cooked and tough and the milanesa in it was just the same. I ended up destroying the torta buy just holding it and trying to bite and chew through the meat. This last time I went i figured it was just a one time thing so I ordered it a third time and it was worse than the second time. My jaw hurts from the chewing. The meat was so tough and full of grizzle. Inspect the torta before u leave if you ever order one. I guarantee it will be over cooked and tough.
