I recently placed a large catering order with Thai Palms for the first time, intending to feed 15 people. I called the evening before to make arrangements, but the person I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and suggested I order through DoorDash—even though the platform didn’t allow me to select the lunch specials as they claimed.
The next morning, when I followed up to confirm pickup for my $270 order, I was told it wasn’t enough food and was advised to add another $140 worth. While the quantity ended up being enough to feed about 25 people, the final cost came to over $27 per person—which felt excessive for casual Thai takeout.
While the food itself was good, the service experience was frustrating and the value didn’t align with the price point. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rely on them again for large group orders.

The food is simply divine, with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients that are clearly prepared with love. The service is attentive and friendly, making your dining experience truly memorable. This is my new go-to for Thai food!
The owner of this restaurant are cheating you first time we go there they gave us huge dishes with a lot of food second time we went and the food was too small only good for one person and the quality was not good. They charged me $100 dollars for shrimp dish with only 5 shrimp and few mushrooms it worth only $8 to $ 10 dollars in other Thai restaurants but they charged me $24 . Very disappointing. First time was cheaper and a lot of food. Second time was small dish no quality and very expensive. The woman who had Eye Lens blue was very rude and she is unprofessional. Don’t recommend. 😔
