I come here every other day. The service here is always bad and I’m fed up. I live in Palmdale and this is the closest location to me otherwise I’d go to another one if that was an option. We are paying for the drinks! They are not free!!! So they should be a little nicer! It costs nothing to be polite!

Destiny and Kim, by far the worst duo! Argue with customers and lie for each other. They do not know how to be professional and do not know how to properly engage with paying customers. Will not fill drinks to the top and if you question that, they will fight you! Please Coffee Bean, do better! There’s far more qualified people out there. Who picked Kim as a supervisor? She’s not qualified to treat customers with common decency. Zero stars! Spend your money elsewhere!

Jan 7, 2026 OVERPRICED for such a MEDIOCRE quality ! The service is fine, fast and friendly. But charging $3,95 for such a teeny tiny double shot espresso, which tasted like a regular brewed code, is outrageous. No surprise the place is empty.

All I have to say is... Winter Dream Tea Latte. Ive never had a better drink and just wish it was always on the menu not just seasonal. Get it while you can.

All electrical outlets were covered so can’t charge devices. No self serve station for napkins, sugar, stirrers, cinnamon, etc.

The espresso is almost consistently burned or very bitter every time I order lattes. It's not work the amount they charge because it just doesn't taste good.

I went to purchase some gift cards and asked for cups to put the gift card in.Since they didn't have the little envelopes that come with the gift cards. I was told if I wanted the cups , I would have to pay for them.
I inquired as to why I would have to pay for the cups when you guys don't have the envelopes that go with the gift cards. The response to me was well, The cups are only about two dollars.
My question is , if i'm paying eighty to a hundred dollars cash money , why do I need to spend another two dollars to get cups, because You guys don't have an envelopes to go with the gift cards.
Needless to say they were of no assistance. They refused to give me the cups. Therefore, they lost the sale and I went elsewhere. To Starbucks they were very accommodating,helpful and friendly. They understand customer service, especially during the holidays.

The cashier is really rude and unprofessional, but the girl who makes the drinks is very kind. She always greets the customers when they walk in and makes the experience much better.

Drinks are good, the food? 7$ for a small pesto sandwich where the napkin is plastered into the cheese and inseparable? Disgusting. Had to go back inside to show them.
