Best Coffee Bean location I have been to, I come by at least 4 times a week and if I have ever had an issue, which is extremely rare, they are always eager to make it right!

Every thing was great except their bathroom. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. I alerted the cashier there was none, she didn’t bother to replace it. I asked for hand sanitizer she said they didn’t have any. every person who went in from the moment I sat here did not have any hand soap .Yuck ?

This is the best cafe in Los Angeles! I love this place, the employees are attentive and extremely professional, the place is always clean and sanitized, the perfect place to enjoy your coffee in perfect harmony!

FYI, location closes at 9 pm but they stop making drinks at 8:30 pm. They should just update their service hours so customers can avoid the drive and be refused service.

My daughter and I met some friends here . I got a lemonade and she got a wrap and plant based brownie. She love them both . The staff was great . Lots of customers in a small place . That’s not for me , I don’t care crowded places . Not anything they it’s just . I would definitely go back but I would sit outside.Vegetarian options: Plant based brownie was great !! Couldn’t tell it any different from regular brownie.

Service here is great, all the team members (except for one of the male managers) are all very kind and prompt.The only thing is they get a lot of doordash orders, and on a busy morning those people will just grab whatever is waiting for pickup without checking the name. Almost every time I've ordered food with a coffee for my own pickup order, I've watched a random doordash driver grab my food from the barista before they can even say anything. And if it's busy you can't really flag someone down and show them your order on your phone, haha.Apart from that, which they can't really help, there are no issues! This is the best coffee shop in town.

I LOVE COFFEE BEAN!, but the Location in Palmdale has horrible customer service most of the time. I never know if I am going to get a nice employee or a rude one. Another thing this location has is a RUDE Manager (Mike). Whenever he takes my order he refuses to add the extra ice on my drink and just tells the barista or doesn't even mention it.I've had my I order get messed up more than once. Just today 10/11/23, I asked for a cream cap and the girl taking my order said that they didn't have any and it was going to take 1hour to make it. Now I don't know if it takes an hour because I have never made it but I did notice that the online orders had the cream cap added. (Right as waited for my drink) I never complain because it's the only location nearby and I don't want then spitting in my drink; but enough is enough. I think I am just going to start going to another location. I am not asking for free stuff. If you want to charge for the ice then do it, I don't mind paying for it, but don't act like I am asking for free stuff. NOW don't get me wrong Coffee bean has amazing coffee drinks and teas way better than starbucks, unfortunately this location has very poor customer service.

I love this place, but lately, I've been greeted and assisted by the most unfriendly barista I have ever encountered. I want to give 5 stars but Mike's attitude toward customers is not kind. The ladies are always such a great vibe, super friendly and helpful. Thank you for understanding my love for your Pumpkin Spiced Chai. And, thank you for making it happen Mike, chill out sir.
