this is just insane i got lucky i had the light on and not just eating with no mind of it cause the last thing i expect is to find a tooth pick in my fries thats disgusting one second it had plastic in it so who know if they are picking at it or if they just don’t pay attention i am so disappointed

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Even when my order came out a little mixed up, the team didn’t miss a beat—they owned it, fixed it fast, and treated me with genuine care the whole way through. That kind of service says everything about a place.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you walk into The Habit. But the real standout was the staff: friendly, attentive, and committed to making sure I left happy.

A messed‑up order can reveal a lot about a restaurant’s character, and The Habit in Palmdale showed nothing but professionalism and pride.

I received excellent customer service from Kimberly. I did experience some issues with the front-end manager, but Kimberly stepped up immediately, she identified the problem, corrected it, and showed genuine empathy throughout the process. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional, as she was rude, raised her voice, and attempted to give directions from across the room while on a lunch break. I feel work-related matters should be handled professionally and in the proper setting, not shouted across the store. Overall, Kimberly turned this visit into a positive experience. Shout out to her for going above and beyond!

My past two experiences have been excellent at this location. Both the times I ordered on app for pick up & I have been surprised by the consistency in quality and presentation. I always check my food before I pick up at other stores in Palmdale due to bad experience, but this location of Habit I wouldn't worry about.

Friendly staff

Good service. I'm not the biggest fan of hamburgers but had the chicken strips. I was hot and tired and it was bit warm inside. So, as my mood wasn't the best, I don't think I enjoyed my lunch as I might have otherwise.

This is the third time I’ve experienced an issue with curbside pickup at your location. I placed my order at 4:30 PM and checked in a few minutes later, but no one ever came out. After waiting 30 minutes, I had to go inside to retrieve the order myself. By that point, the food was cold and the milkshake was melted.

To make matters worse, I had a young child sleeping in my car, which made it extremely difficult for me to leave my vehicle. This defeats the purpose of offering curbside service and has become a repeated frustration.

This experience was unacceptable, and something clearly needs to be done to fix your curbside pickup process. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly so customers aren’t continually inconvenienced.

PS: The ranch was watered down.
