I did experience some issues with the front-end manager, but Kimberly stepped up immediately, she identified the problem, corrected it, and showed genuine empathy throughout the process. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional, as she was rude, raised her voice, and attempted to give directions from across the room while on a lunch break. My past two experiences have been excellent at this location. Both the times I ordered on app for pick up & I have been surprised by the consistency in quality and presentation. I always check my food before I pick up at other stores in Palmdale due to bad experience, but this location of Habit I wouldn't worry about.

Good service. I'm not the biggest fan of hamburgers but had the chicken strips. I was hot and tired and it was bit warm inside. So, as my mood wasn't the best, I don't think I enjoyed my lunch as I might have otherwise.
