I received excellent customer service from Kimberly. I did experience some issues with the front-end manager, but Kimberly stepped up immediately, she identified the problem, corrected it, and showed genuine empathy throughout the process. My past two experiences have been excellent at this location. Both the times I ordered on app for pick up & I have been surprised by the consistency in quality and presentation. I always check my food before I pick up at other stores in Palmdale due to bad experience, but this location of Habit I wouldn't worry about.
