This place is always busy and for good reason! The coffee is so good. The staff is constantly slammed but they still keep things moving. Sometimes people take their quick pace as being rude, but really they’re just trying to get through the never-ending line lol. I give them credit, I’d lose my cool way faster. If you’re gonna come, just give them some grace, they’re working hard and doing a good job. AND on the plus side, my drink was amazing 😊

I'm going to be honest. I went there for the first time a week ago. I tried the cold brew cookie crunch and the coffee was very sour. I couldn't drink it. I asked for a cheese Danish warmed up and it was warmed up in a microwave which made it too hot and soggy. So I was a little disappointed. I gave it a second try today and tried the Pumpkin Horchata and it was delicious. I'll be going back for that and getting a large one next time. Hehe. The service can be improved. No complaints, I just think they can be a little more energetic and nice.

This was one of the most disappointing coffee shop visits I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, it didn’t feel welcoming. The “welcome in” from staff was so dry it seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. The environment itself felt cramped and uncomfortable, which didn’t help the first impression.
What really concerned me was the lack of an LA County Health Letter Grade anywhere in sight. That’s usually one of the first things I look for, and not seeing it makes me question the cleanliness of the entire operation. On top of that, the ice machine was wide open with obvious calcium build-up inside, and the espresso bar area looked unkempt with coffee grounds scattered all over. None of that gave me confidence in how this shop is run.
Service didn’t make things better. The cashier wasn’t sure how to answer basic questions about the menu and didn’t even bother to be upfront about not knowing. My wife’s drink came out grainy, and both of our drinks were overly sweet to the point where the coffee flavor was completely lost. It honestly felt like everything relied on Monin syrups instead of any real effort or quality.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant from start to finish; poor service, questionable cleanliness, and drinks that weren’t worth finishing. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend checking out other nearby coffee shops that actually put care into their drinks and customer service.

ive been coming here more than anything and its the best don’t get me wrong. but i feel like the vibe was super off today. first, the girl at the counter charged me wrong and couldn’t print out a refund receipt, second, the matcha i got is super super warm. no ice in it whatsoever. third, the bagel i got is cold, and as im eating it i found a hair like a pube. this is unacceptable, especially because i was charged $20???? and they have no manger or AC??? definitely not coming back here again. sorry trios this is unacceptable.

Went this morning with my wife for the first time. We ordered 2 drinks. A large berrychata and large Spanish latte. The Spanish latte was very good. The berrychata had way too much cinnamon. I literally almost choked. The baristas were way too busy talking to another lady that ordered because she apparently works there. She ordered after us, and guess who got their drink first? And she also ordered 2 drinks. I’m pretty disappointed and don’t know if I’ll be going back. The shop was a cute little shop though.

Small cozy location with good baristas! Iced Spanish latte was well balanced in flavor and not overly sweet. I particularly like the quieter seats in the back area to hide from the constant flux of people. The banana muffin was top notch too!

One star was for the cheese danish and cappuccino. Ordered a cappuccino but it was obvious the barista was not experienced in making one, because it was a latte. They “microwaved” the cheese danish. So it just became a sloppy mess.
I got the iced strawberry horchata latte and it was really good - highly recommend! And got the banana nut muffin to go with it.

I occasionally visit the area, and on one of my trips to Palmdale, I discovered Trip Coffee House. Ever since, it’s become a regular stop whenever I’m nearby. I’ve tried a variety of their lattes, and each one has been excellent—smooth, flavorful, and consistently well made. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the experience. Highly recommended for fellow coffee lovers!

This coffee house was recommended by several people. Don’t get me wrong the coffee was very good but the service was terrible. Came in and waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. If you were wondering no they were not busy I was the only one in there…. They had three workers. As a fellow service industry worker I would be disappointed as the owner of this establishment. It doesn’t take much effort to say “hi, I will be right with you!”
