Really bad customer service. The person doesn't know how to answer a phone. Super rude. I would never call or come to this restaurant ever again

Best phói've had outside of the South Bay. Service is quick but can be abrupt. Virtually no English is spoken. If you come here, you will do best if you already know a bit about Vietnamese cuisine. I have been here a dozen or so times.

We have been here many times and every time we come the food has been absolutely amazing!! The best pho in town for sure. Delicious authentic and nutritious. If u are feeling under the weather or looking for something to warm you up I highly recommend you come check this place out. It’s a hole in the wall but u won’t regret it.

Drove around two hours to get here from Santa Ana, the food and service is amazing. The owner of the restaurant is really nice and can help you with everything, and the food is even better. The portions are really large for their small price, and is really flavorful.

Is very difficult to find pho around Palmdale but of the few around this is definitely the best. The customer service is awesome and the food is delicious… I’ve tried the #22 pho and is so delicious. I know is hot around there but I’m a soup lover and they have the best. Definitely worth the price… There’s parking available. Wheelchair accessible. And many other food options besides the great pho.

I came here to eat and take a to go order. The place was completely empty which was sad because the restaurant is great. There are 2 owners and they were both very sweet and helpful when we were ordering, we got 2 order 22 phos and Thai teas. They are honestly the best pho I have tasted in the antelope valley I hope it becomes more busy so they can bring back more items that aren’t available due to it being slow. When we got our to go order they put it in a box and gave us everything we needed and everything was piping hot and delicious when we got home. 10/10 recommend definetly worth a visit for great food at a very reasonable price!

This is hands down my favorite pho place. Me and my family have been coming here for years. One time I called ahead (I’m a regular who always gets the same thing) and he told me “don’t call just come in” cause your food is literally ready within minutes, he’s always making jokes when I’m there and puts a lot of love in his food. I tell everyone I know to come here. No other pho compares, ignore those bad reviews.

This place is filthy and falling apart. Employees do not look clean either. $8.00 for a coffee.

That will be the last time I go into this pho restaurant. Change the attitude 😕, be nice, if people ask for extra stuff, I'll pay for it. 🤦♂️.

I just don't understand the bad reviews.... This is one of the best pho restaurant in Palmdale. I've had others in Palmdale, the next best place is in Lancaster (Pho Stop), and in Santa Clarita (Pho Viet). What determines the score? The taste and amount of meat they provide per order vs noodles. FYI, it's $50-$100 bc I often buy a LOT from this place when they are open. I agree sometimes they close when they're not supposed to or during weird hours which can be disappointing when you're VERY hungry and craving it.... but THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST IN PALMDALE! Let's support this place. ❤️
