Vos Pupusas West Palmdale

Had pupusas today, horrible pupusas. Sometimes they are good other times it’s bad. It’s all dough and no cheese. The other food is ok not great. Honestly I’m done with them. I’ve been coming for a while but time after time it’s disappointing. Waiter lady is very nice but food needs work.

Honestly it’s a hit and miss I ordered a pan con pollo and the bread was old and tossed in microwave it was so disappointing instead of them just admitting they DNT have fresh ingredients they rather make that money and catch a bad review

How the owners don’t know this days are busy. Poor employees are running like crazy. Trying to help people waiting on the dining.
Ridiculous service. I do not recommend this place.
45 minutes to get the food. Plus coffee doesn’t taste like coffee.
Check your coffee machine or amount of the coffee you put on the brew coffee machine.

Good food, terrible service

I arrive a bit before 5 (party of 3), order by 5:05 and received my food around 6:05. There was maybe 3 other parties there and it was a Sunday afternoon. I ordered 3 papusas and a side of beans, the papusas didn't come together and the beans never showed at all. The group next to mine was there when I arrived and didn't receive their food until about 5 minutes before me. I also noticed most tables had chips but mine wasn't offered any, though it was my first time there and I don't know if you had to request them. To their credit, the papusas were very good, especially the pork and cheese. The waitress was a bit rude, she was short with me and there was no apology for the wait. Also one of the straws they gave us was very obviously broken. The atmosphere was pretty good otherwise, music in the background and clean environment. Regardless of all the positive aspects, I cannot recommend this establishment if the service is consistently like how I experienced.

Chicken soup caldo de pollo
It’s a lot of chicken for 20 dollars, I appreciate that. The chicken doesn’t have much flavor but the soup does.
The tortillas are tiny fit in ur hand, they give to little rice that was 3 bites of rice.
The “salad” is just loose leaf and not crunchy it’s the worse thing in the plate.

Rude!! The food is not tasty if you want real authentic food this is not the place. The owner doesn’t care about the quality of the food. They call themselves Christian. Stay away from this place. It’s pricey and the food is not good.

Dear Vos Pupusas Management,

I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. I placed an order, and by the time I received it, the food was cold and had clearly been sitting out for a while. It’s frustrating to pay for food that isn’t fresh or served properly.

This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and to be honest, I don’t plan on returning. It feels like a waste of money, especially since I was looking forward to enjoying a hot, freshly made meal.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements so that other customers don’t have the same experience.

Customer service can use some improvement. Restaurant looks great food was cool and manager was nice.

After some time we came back the food is not bad but they take forever to bring the food out. Please have 2:30-3hrs to spare.

Llonalu was and always has treated us right the food is perfect and the service aswell
