Don't go! It was my 1st time there. Novermver 19th 7:15pm I sat down to look at the menu and the cashier came up to me and asked me if I can sit on the other side of the restaurant because we're I sat at was closed and she had to mop were I was sitting! I was the only person in the Restaurant! That made me mad so I left. It was dirty,food on the tables and floors and the windows. Even the menus had food on them. Gross!

Service is very slow here. The man took 15 min to get our drink order then we waiting 20 minutes seen waiter help other tables that came in after us we never got our drinks and never came to ask us for our food order so we just left. He seemed unhappy and Terrible service won’t be back. Not to mention it smelled like it had dirty trash that needed to go out.

The food is very delicious. However, the care provided that day was not the best. We waited a little over an hour for breakfast and there were only 4 tables occupied. Maybe it was due to the few staff attending. Otherwise it is very good. The staff is very friendly.

I entered the place and I was alone and I didn't understand why but now I understand. Armando asked him if he would clean the tables because there were none clean and he ignored me and reluctantly arrived and almost carried me when he passed between me and the table. Terrible customer service.

Me and family went to go eat here. There we're many empty tables but all we're dirty and had the trash from the last customers. We wanted to sit at a booth, but they we're dirty. We asked the cashier if he could clean for us (his name is Armando) and he said nothing and just went to do it. On the way to the table he passed my mother closely. My mom asked him why he didn't say anything and he just gave her attitude. Armando the whole time was moody and not smiling/welcoming.

Honestly, this is the last time I go to this place. I ordered pan con pollo and the bread was stale, I was standing there and they got the chicken from a plastic bag, they were piecing it together with leftovers… I couldn’t believe what I saw. I didn’t make a fuss but I’m never eating there again. The place is definitely lackluster now. I don’t recommend this place

We bought a typical tray and they simply gave us the reheated food from the day before, the yucca, the pastelito, the plantains, and the enchilada looked like cardboard, and the fountain soda is more ice than soda for $5 The place is beautiful, it's a shame there's no quality control!!!

Send my husband to pick up 4 pupusas and it took over 40min because the cooks were to busy having a full blown chisme conversation and didn’t care how long it took. Super disappointed it was our first time Here. Poor service not going back.
