Store was dirty upon arrival. Employees seemed like customers were a burden and the manager or supervisor reinforced that theme. Not one coworker was smiling or thanked anyone for their purchase. When I went to get my drink half the lid supplies were empty and there were zero napkins stocked. Counter was filthy. Can't really blame the employees if they have zero leadership.

The employees can’t be bothered to repeat your order, say thank you, verify the order is correct when they hand you your bags, or give you a receipt to bring back inside when your order is wrong… which is inevitably always is. They will not answer their phone if you call to tell them they got your order wrong and there is no apology for the inconvenience when THEY mess up. They treat you like you’re the inconvenience. Wendy’s will lose money because of the staffing at this location

Just got home from there on monday night right before midnight. The food is. Wonderful in the staff was very kind. 2 young black ladies and a Hispanic woman working there tonight. They were very polite and handled my complicated order with no problem and without attitude. There were no salads at this time but it was right before closing so that's understandable. The black gentleman with the dreadlocks that works there is also a joy to be around. So farther super late night and early morning staff is superb! Sometimes they mess up the order but they have no problem fixing it Kindly. and without an attitude!
