I recently ordered delivery and when my order arrived it was missing one burger .. we are a 6 people family and I ordered according but, when I contacted the restaurant I was told my order was right when they sent it out si now one family member (me) didn't get a burger

Waited for about 10 mins for some to take my order well employees were just talking in the dinning area and the ones just taking care of drive through no one to care about the front even when managers r here and leads.

This the worst plece to get food I ordered a breakfast online before 10 by the time I arrived there the lady said they not service breakfast after 10 she was so hungry because I asked to get my money back she want to give me credit for next day I told her I don't have time to go next day after the manager came she was so rude to me . Definitely the works experience in the restaurant never back again

The guy got our order wrong, and the line was way too long to get back in line. It's also SO expensive. Just cuz I offered my mom and brother something, I payed $60 for 3 people, and a kids meal.

Typical Wendy's. A few of the Late night/early am workers don't know how to get the orders right. Definitely make sure you check before you leave the drive through

You get your food fast but that's about it! They never give you what you order, not the way you ask anyway.... They always either add something you didn't want or something you did expect like bacon or mushrooms on your bacon mushrooms burger instead you end up with a plain dub cheeseburger and pay for the dub bacon mushroom price, I didn't get it.. if your making $22 dollars an hour atleast do the job right . Still Somehow they don't understand when you tell them "Plain No Sause Just The Meat(S) & Cheese Only Nothing Else " but We either get no bacon and sause or everything and no cheese. Not happy since I'm not right down the street so going back for them to fix my food isn't an option.. oh and they never answer the phone so calling us pointless too 😭
The workers go above and beyond they are incredible. Tyrell and Joseph went above and beyond any service expected of a drive thru! Amazing dudes!

I need a refund! They did not have partial of my food. The manager on duty did not know, or possibly would not do a refund for my order because they didn't have the items I ordered. The manager came accross as incompetent and unprofessional.
