Never again, the staff is very problematic and very judging. I recently went in for a job here, and I spoke to one of the workers about what I had went for and my friend with me politely asked where it was that I needed to have a seat in while I waited 5-10 minutes prior and this lady who Im not sure was, but overall rude and very disrespectful and does not know the proper way of handling or dealing with a situation she is incapable of having a proper conversation to, which I believe had to do with how someone appeared and looked for which is why she acted in such an uncalled for manner. As a worker or manager which she made perfectly clear she said she wasn't you should be capable if working and speaking to customers even if they are difficult but it was unprofessional and you should not judge anyone based on their looks, appearances or background. Please be mindful next time about who you approach and speak to because not everything should be handled with such disrespectful tones and attitude as if they are searching for a reason to fight. Wish you luck but if this is a daily thing, then I believe it should be handled and fixed.

MY SISTER HAD A INTERVIEW TODAY AND THE MANGER REFUSED TO GIVE HER THE INTERVIEW TO HER BECAUSE MY BROTHER IN LAW APPARENTLY WAS DISRESPECTFUL TO HER WHEN ALL HE ASK WAS IF ITS OKAY IF WE SIT AT THE FOOD COURT TABLES !!!!! I DONT KNOW IF ITS BECAUSE SHE IS RACIST TOWARDS LATINOS?

If I could do less than a one star I would have. Extremely disappointed from this store no one is wearing gloves, no one has their hair up properly, not to mention how much they are charging for stale, hard and extremely dry pretzels. Customer service is also terrible I stood in line waiting 5-10 minutes while every single one of the workers were in the back on their phones not even paying attention to their work space. And when they emerged from the back none of them washed their hands and just went right back to work. Attitude from the workers are also extremely bad. All in all this place doesnt follow safe food guidelines as it is the main requirement to have a job in food

Pretzels are easily my favorite mall food and now being in the AV, there's only one place to get them that makes the best pretzels and that's Wetzel's in the AV Mall! The best!!

I was picking up a doordash order and who I'm assuming is the manager was asked to break a $20 bill while he was kneading dough. He did not take his gloves off the entire time he touched the money and went back to kneading the dough with the same gloves he touched the money with

We stopped at the Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale just to get these pretzels and take them home for my sister who usually loves them. The staff was ok, the lady that took care of us was friendly. Unfortunately about 1/3 of the 3 packs of pretzel bites we received were raw. I'm just hoping nobody gets sick from raw dough. Also I ordered with salt and only 2 of the 3 has salt on them

Closes at 6:30pm a Friday? And the way this woman talked to everyone was downright rude. I'll go to the other place next time. If wetzel's is smart they'll give that one over to someone else.

I have to day I feel like they charge too much for a preztle and cheese is not even included. But thays the only negative thing I will say. Even at the price I still cone back because they are simply the best pretties! Always cooked perfect, soft and fluffy, deliciousness in every bite!

Just the best soft pretzels ever! The pretzel bites were heavenly. The whole soft pretzel still great but the bites were even softer and butterier and just amazing with the cheese dip. A great afternoon snack. I wish it was slightly less expensive and it would be a much more often snack.

Stopped by with my son for a treat. Long line, seemed like they needed more help. Haven't been here in years so I was surprised at the prices. Like everything else the prices have gone up. For the two of us $32. The pretzel's were good and I am sure my son will beg us to return.
