I ordered 20 wings with two flavors, and after picking them up I realized the order wasn’t right. I went back after stopping for gas, and the manager, Ricky, immediately stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He asked what was wrong, offered to remake my entire order, and even offered me a drink while I waited.
I come here all the time, but the way he handled the situation made me feel even more comfortable continuing to give them my business. No attitude, no hesitation—just top-tier customer service. That level of care really matters, and Ricky delivered 100%.

Worst wingstop of all time. Male employees Bully female employees. Worst manager, he doesn’t listen and will accuse you of other random things if you call on the phone to inquire about a refund. Employees will use hand gestures to tell you to practically shut up. They will “check the cameras” and then tell you you were wrong when you call to simply ask about the refund processing times. Beware-They will put fresh fries on the top of the bag and give you super greasy wings in a pool of oil in the containers below.

Horrible service the girl at the register and the manager on 8/1/25. Please have management give me a call The manager who was a male just wanted to argue and let me know my complaint shouldn’t go anywhere and he would be the one to reach out. Surely I can’t be the first to complain on him 👎

I place a take out order. Doordash delivered it, but did not deliver everything. Call the manager juan. Very helpful and friendly.I got a refund. And i was very happy. Still got my order as well....with a brownie 😋
