Over cooked and over seasoned to mask the bad preparation. Tried it, won't be back anytime
Was told I had a 45-minute wait... waited an hour for them to tell me they could find my order.. they printed out a new receipt and then waited another 25 minutes to get home to find out I didn't have my whole order... paid 60 dollars for 3 Combos and only got 2... called the store, and the same girl who took my order(Tiffany) put me on hold and never came back to the phone.... for this to be my first time trying wingstop... I'm pissed... will never eat here again.....

I just went with my son, why did I order the food by Uber, I asked for the special order of 20 pieces and potatoes, I ordered 2, I only got 20, it should have been 40, I went to the restaurant to get help but they didn't, I got angry So much so that I flat out paid for my entire meal that I had to contact Uber, that's stupid.

I come here every Monday after work and this location has never disappoint. Kat/Cat (sorry I don't know how to spell her name), has always been so helpful and kind with great service, as with all the other employees. I think everyone should know that WingStop wait times are always long, so I always expect to wait 45 mins to an hour without a problem. Thank you guys for always being amazing! (:

REDEEMED!! Hopefully this kind of quality continues!!significant improvement from what I've been served in the past. The well done fries weren't flaccid and soggy this time. Whoever the manager and staff working the night of September 22nd 2023, I commend you. Fries were actually well done and the wings far surpassed my expectations. We'll sauced/seasoned and was delivered hot hot hot! Expect more business from me in the future.

This place is trash, service is trash, manager Juan is trash.Took over 30 mins excuse was that my wings take longer for well done. They weren't even well done! Wing flavors were wrong and top it all off carrots full of nasty water.Then the manager has the nerve to get mad asking me to leave which I didn't because I told him make me and went back to his little kitchen to keep messing up other peoples orders to Avoid this Wingstop it's the worst

Cayce was one of the courteous cashiers I've seen in a long time. There was two customers ahead of me and Cayce treated all three of us with speed yet respectful mannerism. I'm new to Palmdale, and I hope I experience the same courteous service everytime I order from this wingstop. The wings were hot and crispy, not soggy at all...thx to the cooks as well. Thx u Cayce and staff. Will be coming back anytime we crave some wings!

There's nothing bad to say about the food. Too much salt, maybe. Nobody cares, though. My complaint is about them not answering the phone. I put in an order and thought I adjusted the time for later because on the previous cart online, I did but had to delete it. No big deal right, just call and cancel. Hard to do when they don't answer. But then the line beeps like they are busy on a call a few moments later. So their phone does work they just answer when they feel like it. I just didn't want them getting pissed at me if I ordered again for later, and they saw my name pop up. They get pissed at me for not picking up my earlier order and then decide to spit in my food and lie that they did. Then, all their coworkers lie and protect them. Do business cameras really do s**** Come on now. It's ok, I will go to another location. That's the good thing about living in a ghetto area is there are plenty of wingstops

If you're looking for the same great wingstop taste delivered to you at the speed of a paraplegic tortoise I'd totally recommend this place. Whilst I've never had an issue with their food, every single online order I've ever made has been about 20-40 minutes late on their estimate. If you order from here just make sure you have time to spare.
